I keep getting calls from this number 7608260217.  I believe thay are trying to sell mortgages, I told them I was all set, and to remove my number from thier list, and was told NO.  I told them that I was going to report them, and was told "good luck with that".

I too get daily calls from 760-826-0217. From reading these posts, it appears that these calls are from telemarketers in the mortgage business. Many, many of these post here say that when they answer the call, no one is is there. So here's my question, if they really are telemarketers or a mortgage business trying to sell you something, how can they sell it to you if they don't talk to you when you answer the call? What are they gaining by calling you and the not talking to you when you answer the call?

I agree.. there must be someway to prosecute them !!

This number 760-826-0217 keeps calling 3-4 times daily even after I BLOCKED it ..This is unacceptable to keep calling - this is a SPAM set up and VERY annoying to say the least and I will press charges if I ever find out who this number is... want it stopped now !!!

Usual mortgage wh*res. I no longer am polite - A quick FU and take me off your list is sufficient. They deserve ZERO respect or consideration.

Keep getting tons of calls a day from 760-826-0217, that's what the caller ID says and from oceanside, ca. I've blocked the bloody fools but my phone keeps ringing.

They keep calling our number but it hangs-up when I answer or I can't hear the person on the other end and then it goes dead.  Someone asked for my Husband but he wasn't here and they just hung up - it is really getting annoying.

I have begun to get these calls on my cell phone as well. When I pick up the call there is nothing, no voice, no message. It then just terminates. I HATE THIS!!! My cell is on the no-call list. If anyone has a way to stop these people from wasting my air minutes this way, by all means do it. Thanks.

I get calls fom this number 6-8 times a day!! All hours!! When you answer no one is one the other end. Never stops, Months and months. I am on the do not call FED list, NO GOOD!!!

Just got a call from this #.  Have to laugh and wonder what legitimate company would come over caller ID as "V128160257000114".  Not to sound like a moron, but what does that mean??? Any answers??? Please???

they call all the time and will not tell you who they are, who want to talk to someone that can not tell you who they are. how do you stop the calls, I work nights and 9 out of 10 times they call when i am a sleep? any help?

I have been getting calls from this number for the past couple of days.  Just for reference, I'm in North Carolina.  It's very frustrating to receive a call and get no response.  I will definitely look into filing a complaint with PAC West.  The information about Quinn Street is interesting too.  Thanks for the information!

Calls from 760-826-0217 are from a company in Foster City California called Quinn Street.  They are a front group for mortgage lenders.  Quinn Street has been involved in predatory and targeted marketing against towards veterans.  (In June 2012 they paid a $2.5 million settlement, (cost of doing business) and currently under investigation by the attorney generals' offices of 15 separate states.  Their revenue is 336.8 million so this is just the cost of doing business for them.  Quinn Street is evil in their business practices.

I get repeated calls at all hours of the day and night from this number. If I answer, no one is there. if I try to call it back, it disconnects.

The caller asked for my husband by first name, said she'd call back, and then hung up. How Rude!

Person calls and ask for my daughter who is underage! That was odd....and I ask them their name and they said that they forgot their name and that they could not remember it. I said you can not remember your name and they said they forgot it for a minute and their name was Natasha...lol it was a man and he used that name! I asked him what he was calling for and he hung up. I tried to call the number back. On the caller id it said Carlsbad...He sounds like he is bad and maybe a child molester too! BEWARE!!!!!

Just assign a unique ring tone and when they call, you know not to answer.

I keep getting calls from the number 760-826-0217. no one responds to my "Hello" ... a short pause and an automated female voice says, "Goodbye". They are calling my number that's on the "Do Not Call List" and I've checked on the internet and there are numerous complaints for the same thing from this same number. Whoever is able to enforce the law, please deliver a cease and dissist and levy the stongest fine applicable.

VOIP numbers are not all frauds. My home number is on a VOIP and has been since I moved it off of the land line. I've had the same phone number for 20 years but have moved it to different carriers as I switched around.
