hey lady they send me some thing in writing which shows that they are legit.but when i check on google they wre showing as a fake number...

I received a message on my cell for my husband.  They said that tomorrow morning at 10:00 pm they would serve him in the hotel in California.  That's right they said PM!!  We live in Oklahoma and haven't been to California in 20+ years, don't think we are going for this!!!

Don't be fooled by their calls.  They cannot do anything to you.  If they are threating to arrest you then that is your clue that they are not legit.  Ask them to send you something in writing.  DO NOT give them you address, email or any other information.  Tell them to send it to you at the information they have.  Good luck but don't be fooled.

Funny message left on my voice mail.  Wish this thing had a button that you could add the message for everyone to hear!!!  The lady said that the message is for my husband and that the judgement will be executed tomorrow morning at 10:00 PM---yes she said PM and morning in the same sentence.  She said that it will be executed at some hotel in California.  Funny thing is we don't live in California and haven't been there in our 18 years of marriage.  She said that if he didn't call back that the cops will arrest him tomorrow morning at 10:00 pm--again the PM and morning!!  American law does not allow bill collectors to arrest you for outstanding debts.  They can file a legal action and garnish your wages but they CANNOT arrest you.

yes they want you to come to california and they dont even say who they are just call 7608881209, very bad enunciation with the english language , seems every time I answer certain  ads off craigslist they call and leavea threatening message!

I received this same exact message yesterday.  I live in west texas.  ive told them several times each time they call not to call me.  I told them I could hear telemarketers in the background and law firms do not have telemarkters they hung up on me.

They called my cell, threatened me that if I didn't show up in court tomorrow morning in California, the "cops" (not police officers or anything professional like that) would be at my work or home within 24 hours to arrest me. I live in Washington. I called back and they said that they were an attorney office. I told them that they had the wrong person and to take my name and number off thier list...they hung up. Total scam. I have no loans out of any kind either and they couldn't even speak english...but their names are David, Blake, Sarah, Tom...ect. What a joke.

They are calling my home and work saying I have a payday loan. This is BS I have no loans of any kind I threatened to contact the police and they hung up on me. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

This is what I did when I received a call from this number I had a voice mail that said you have reach the Federal Bureau Investigation, please leave your name and number and someon did  her name was Sarah Miller which I knew this was not her name, so I got someone to call back the number and ask for her a man answer the phone she said to him this is the Federal Bureau of Investigation sarah miller please and said to her what is the number she said this is the FBI, Sarah Miller and then hanged up the phone.

Very rude and trying to intimidate you with threats of coming to your house and your job and they can't even pronounce attorney correctly. Very poor English. Such a fraud!
