received a call from Carlsbad, CA but when I answered I got no response.

Got a call from 760-994-4447 and the only message they left was a background noise of a bunch of telemarketers making calls. go fish.

I get the same thing.  Calls all times of the day.  I get a dial tone when I answer.  Msg machine records some guys talking in the background.  Caller ID says OUT OF AREA, but then following with the number.  I call the number back and a recording says not in service.

Hang up - 4 calls in 24 hours

Call came in on 1/14/09 shortly after 7 pm. Only an electronic sound before nothing. Calling back gave recorded operator message that the number is no longer in service.

keep getting this call...4 days now...when i answer get an electronic signal...when i call back says number is disconnected.

We have received numerous calls from this number.  No one is there.  When I call it, it is not in service.

keep getting this call with the same thing as everyone else...no one on the line and when you call back it says it is not in service. I filed a complaint at the Do Not Call dot gov website.

got a call this evening around 7pm.  A person on the other end said hello and there was a fax tone in the background.  They then hung up.

have received two calls before finally i was able to answer it turns out it was a charity i help out regularly they used to be in the (951) but now there located i believe in Carlsbad but there state wide no biggie. they normally call before 6pm this time was about 7pm or so i asked why they said the donation office closes at 7:30pm i asked to be called before 6pm they had no problem doing so but we will see

Calls but no answer. On do not call lisst but to no avail.

The ID says Carlsbad, no one answers, I have received  many calls from this number...............it is very irritating!

I keep getting calls from Carlsbad 7609944447.  If I answer the call disconnects, if I let it go to voicemail they do not leave a message.  When I dial back the number has been disconnected.  This has been going on for at least 5 weeks now.  How do you stop it? Where do you go to report this? It is getting a little creepy now.

I have received a call from this number at least once a day for the last week.  There are just a couple of beeps when I pick up then silence.  I try to call back & it says the number is not in service.

I keep getting numerous calls everyday.

Number has called atleast 6 times in the last 3 days. Wont leave a message, wont talk to us. Cannot block number because its outside my calling area. Cannot return call, operator says "Disconnected, or not in service."

Got several calls from this number and no one speaks at all. When my son answers the phone they ask for me. Whats this all about?

California Police Youth Charities...i hung up on him...although I found out later that it is a legitimate charity...

12/02/2008 - Got a call at 4:20 p.m.  I work at home, thus screen calls.  No message left.

Got a phone call this evening from 760-994-4447.  Could hear lots of noise in the background, but no one was talking.  Whatever happened to the no telemarketing calls?
