I'm actually impressed that a debt collect left a message.  Not sure if I trust it for just that reason however.

Not 100% sure who they are. They were calling for the person that used to have the phone number before me. Recorded message said to call 866-357-7522.

They called didn't leave a message but when I called back the voice mail said thank you for calling creditor advocates. so I just blocked them. who knows who the idiots are.

This # has been calling me for the past three days now.....I've picked up and they've hung up on me. I've let it go and they don't leave a message. Try calling it back--the first time I dialed *67 first and then the number and it said that number was out of business. Every other time I try calling it back from a different number than what they called me on, it doesn't ring through and I get a busy tone after a minute of silence. Definitely a scam....the only thing I did recently was sign up for free samples thru some website that was advertised on Facebook. Guess I won't be doing that again!!

Yes, this number has started calling me as well. And coincidentally, it all began immediately after I entered the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes and was stupid enough to give my new cell number. Which no one else has.

They called me and knew my name. And try said i was entered for a sweepstakes they said whats your he i said it and I probly shouldn't have told them it. And he said i was disqualified and I asked how I was entered and he your disqualified and I said it again he hung up and when I called back it didnt even ring it went fright to him talking. He sounded like a f**

Pretty sure that when they call me they are telling me I won a cruise.  I keep telling them to stop calling and they keep calling - very annoying.

I received a phone call this morning on 10/9 2012 at 11am from 763 237 3139 ,it sounded like a very business like black guy.He said his name was Drea,he told me that i was entered into a couple sweepstakes to win a wide screen TV and something i cant remember to go with it and that it would be drawn on the 31st of October 2012 ,then he asked for my e-mail to sen me a message to confirm my entry.i told him that i couldn't remember and as i was talking to him i was Googleing this number to see if it was a scam and told him that i would call him back.Ive received other calls like this,these scam artists are coming out of the woodwork!!!

I received two phone calls from this number 763-237-3139.  Fist it was listed as Amy Peterson, and then as unknown.  I do not know this person, or anyone from this number

Received a call from a women who was asking for Cheryl. I've had the same number for 4+ years and my name is nothing close to Cheryl, I quickly said she had the wrong number and hung up. This number isn't even listed in in the same state as me!

For three day now I've been receiving calls from this amy peterson number,they call atleast 5 to 7 times a day,I'm wondering how they got my phone number!these calls needs to stop....

i only got two calls from 1-763-237-3139. the second time i picked up, it just sounded like a regular sales call. hey i'm this guy and you've been selected for a million dollar sweepstakes. no purchase necessary. i can also get 250 dollars worth of gift cards and four magazine subscriptions for free plus one extra one that i have to pay for. then he asked information like my age, my job, my email, and confirmed my address, and confirmed that i had a personal checking account and a visa/master/etc. card because the fact that i had one was what put me in the million dollar sweepstakes. after all that was done, he asked how i was gonna pay for the magazine, so i said check so he wouldn't ask for my card information. and then he said he was new and was gonna transfer me to his supervisor to give him a review. before he did that, he said i would get confirmation of my entry in the sweepstakes with an email and with snail mail. when he put me on hold to transfer me, i hung up. i didn't wanna buy a magazine and he did say no purchase necessary. :-) afterwards, i got on my email and i had one from vikingmagazine telling me all about the sweepstakes and the email for the sweepstakes seems pretty legit for it being a phone call. has all the rules, no purchase necessary, etc. i'm just gonna wait and see if i won cause that would be awesome :-) not gonna buy anything though.

That's what I was told too only it was a guy and then he said I was under no obligati to make a purchase, however as part of how lucky I was, I also won a free 3 month subscription to several magazines and then proceeded to tell me that I could also get Rolling Stone Magazine and Sports Illustrated, McCalls, Better Homes and Gardens...  I interrupted him and said I was way too busy to have the time to read magazines so why would I want to order subscriptions to any of them.  Don't think he was prepared for that one because he thanked me by saying I was still entered in the sweepstakes.  And to think he had already said I had won the million dollar prize- does anyone think I should hold out by believing that I did (lol)---definately a scam.

fishing call scam

the number is by amy peterson and she lives in cambridge minnesota. i live in florida and i keeped calling back till i got throw and they said there looking for a girl by the name elisabeth. i told them that i got a call earlier from a different number asking for the same person. so i told them that this is my business number and to stop calling it please. havnt had a call since. its a scam to get your info and try to get money. if they dont stop call the cops and theyll give them a call or maybe even a visit. go luck.

I got a call from this number, informing me that I was entered to win a MILLION dollars in their sweepstakes, they also went on about sending me a $250 online shopping card and like 8 magazines of my choosing, and all I had to pay was $3.96 a week for one mag to get everything. they were really trying hard to get my debit card info. Don't know if it's legit or not but I'm not going to waste money I don't have to find out, cause if it is a scam they would wipe me out.

WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIVE ITS NOT AN INDIVIDUAL ITS SALES/SCAM/RECRUITER/OTHER.
JUST DONT ANSWER IT. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE IF YOU DONT PICK IT UP!!!!

they called me 8 times today about numerous things

This number has called me at least 3 times today. Every time I answer, it's an old man who says hello, hello and then the line goes blank. I have no idea who this is.

They called me 3 days in a row & when I finally answered the lady yelled at me and told me I need to cooperate because I was disturbing her work hours. I told her she's the one who called me & asked again what she wanted and she yelled again. Just don't answer...
