I spoke with a Michael Brown. He said he was collecting on a debt. I asked what debt. He explained it was an Old Navy account. I said I am not aware of such an account, need more information. He said he has all the information on his screen, but does not feel like sharing it with me. He said not his responsibility to tell me what information he has on me; his only responsibility is to collect money from me.
I sent out a debt validation request to this Messerli & Kramer company this morning.

They called me I missed the call, called back they do not have my number in their system or my name so they said it was a misdial

They called me, I missed the call, called them back and they do not know why they called me.  Said my number is not in their system, check by name and not in their system so concluded misdial.

Yea. I got a missed call from them naturally I call back. First guy hangs up after I cant anser his questions cuz I dont even know what the number belongs 2 or why I was called 2nd guy pretended he couldnt hear me... so I dont recomend them there custoner service is s***

Called and left a message for me, but they used my old last name. I haven't been that name for 5 yrs. They said they were collecting a debt. I have none. Especially with my previous name. Quit calling me!

The same happened to me with this caller at 9:35 am Jan 24, 2014 Sat.

They calls are on-going - they do not listen that until they identify who they are.  When I tell them they have to identify themselves as collecting a debt, they will only say they work for a corporation and this is regarding a personal matter

Messerli and Cramer collection agency. They'll call and call even if its not your debt their trying to collect. They say if this isn't the person we're calling for just hang up.
