A Man with an arabic accent, going by the name Michael Reid, called and threaned to have me arrested if I didnt pay an online loan I never applied for. I sent him $ 400.00 and he called and demanded another $ 500.00 to finish paying off the. . loan. I called a friend who did some research and found out it was a scam. She had this happen to her  last year and she didn't pay and no one called or came by to arrest her.

this guy called me again but by the name james davis but i still know the accent he has and knew it was micheal reed he can change his numbers all his wants but he can change his india accent.........

I HATE THIS AND I DONT EVEN HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT.....I WISH WE CAN ALL GET HIM BACK....I JUST WANT IT TO STOP...SOO ATTORNEY MICHEAL REED I HOPE YOUR HAPPY

This person left a message telling me to call back and if I didn't this would be all on me in an Arab voice. I called back and they threatened to call the police and my place of work. They told me I had one hour to pay 788.51 or hire an attorney. I asked for his name he said, Frank Johnson. I asked who he worked for told me Watkins and associates and then I asked his supervisors name and he told me Morris and associates. I asked him for proof of the debt and to have him send it to my attorney. He didn't want any information and said they would need to call him. I had also asked for the address and he said 555 1970 Ave W Princeton, MN. Total Scam!

This guy calling and threating to call my job and that he had my ssn and that he was going to call the police and have me arrested on felony charges.

I received a call from someone stating that they were attorney Michael Reid and I was being named in a law suit for a bad debt. I needed to pay money to him immediately to prevent myself from being placed in jail. I stated that I would refer his name and number to my personal attorney and they would be contacting him regarding this. He became very belligerent and loud, cursing at me. Clearly he is attempting to scam money from me. BEWARE!!! His accent was very thick and at times difficult to understand. He continued to call me non stop until I turned my ringer off.

same guy was calling me last year several days and nights, saying he was an officer, attorney, etc... gave me all different names, I always knew it was same caller, today I got 3 calls at my new job from him, I am thinking this has to tie into some payday loan companies... I contacted local police but they said they cannot do anything because all the cells are not traceable.
why would you get arrested?  I cannot believe that... sorry to hear, yeah I believe in Karma, hope this guy gets his.

I just received a call saying the same thing that he would have me arrested, this same guy was calling me over a year ago, all hours of day and night to my home, cell and work, unfortunately my local police could not do anything because he was calling from various cell phone numbers and not trackable.

I received 3 calls today from 763-634-3308 from a foreigner stating he is Michael Reed from Morris & Associates and that he is issuing a warrant for my arrest in regards to a cash advance that i never even had. I have never ever had a cash advance in my life. He threatened me with felony fraud and was going to contact my employer and said he was having me arrested today. He had my name and last 4 digits of my soc sec#. I contacted my employer so they were aware incase he actually did call them. This is a SCAM!!! His accent was very thick sounded like he was from India. I told him to stop calling and I will never answer a call from this number again. I am contacting the FTC and the credit bureaus!!!

Yes, received a call at work the past two days, claiming one of our employees is committing fraud. He had a very thick accent, could hardly understand him. He was VERY rude. Claiming if I didn't have my co-employee call him back I would be reported to authorities as well.

Michael Reed called and when I started asking him questions he called me a b*tch. This guy has a heavy Indian accent and curses alot and acts very very ignorant. He called my phone number 35 times in a row after I hung up on him. He also also called my job and asked to speak to my boss or the HR Dept. If he calls you, don't send him any money and report him to the FCC. This is a total scam but I wasn't worried because I know its a scam so I called him about 35 times to get even with him. lol lol

A person called Eric would leave a message regarding a Law Firm, Morrison and Assoc.. Princeton, MN. When calling back, he connects me to a supposely an Attorney Micheal Reid (Reed). He tells me I owe money and reads some ligation documentation.  It is all a scam. Law firm Richardson and Assoc. Morris and Assoc. Morrison and Assoc. Watkins and Assoc.

Got same call yesterday worried all night until I remembered I have bank statement to prove him wrong what is wrong with people he needs to br stopped.  Accent do thick I could hardly understand him

A guy named Michael Reed call me at this number Stating I old 1300 dollars in student loans I'll explain to him I wasn't even out of high school yet He would not let me speak to and too her have me arrested Indiana legal case againstMe I even got a call from this Luzerne County Sheriff's Department and was told to come in and turn myself in however when I did so the deputy sheriff had no idea who I was and I have nothing against me this guy had called me 3 times that day the police will not answer him any call me retard do not answer this guy's phone calls call you it is a scam

Michelle Reed has also been call my place.  With a heavy accent but using more than one name.  Last name he used was Steve.  I ask him to stop calling every time and has made threats to me and foul language.  Just today when I asked him to stop calling he said OK then he called me a MotherF***** before he hung up. 7636343308

Put fraud alerts on your bank accounts and also with the three big credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion).

If you haven't already, set your Facebook page to private (so only your friends can see it).  Also, tell you HR Dept that you are being harassed by a scammer (probably from India).  Report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  

Next time the scammer calls back, tell him you're recording the calls every single time (even if you're not). And as an FYI, you cannot be arrested for defaulting on a loan.  If a "debt collector" calls you, by law, they must comply with your request for a debt validation letter and paperwork (contract from original lender showing your signature).  If they will not send this info via mail (not email or fax), then you can be sure that they are scammers.

This same thing is happening to me, I keep calling back non stop now he is to get information then he started sending me to voice mail. He has looked up my facebook and is qouteing things back to me over the phone that I have posted. He is calling my work phone and asking o be transphered to HR to report me. The guy is ABSOLUTLY crazy. He now keeps calling me non stop cursing at me and he is pretending to be secrity and other officals I begin to insult his Indian haratage and it made him BOILING hot he has picked on the wrong person.

(Houston) He states he has legal action against me, when I advise him that I already spoke to him, named as Alex, and his other partner Micheal Reed, i advise him they are a scam and they hang up. This person who keeps calling, named Alex, and also with the other phone number 763-634-3308 which has a person Micheal Reed, or Alias Mike Johnson, or whatever other name they want to use. It is all a scam. Law firm Richardson and Assoc. Morris and Assoc. Morrison and Assoc. Watkins and Assoc. When you call them back they use profanity calling you all kinds of names. Don't let these low life persons bother you.

An Indian guy is calling relentlessly trying to get me to call them back to take care of a very serious change before they go to the police.  I say go to the police!  I am sure they want to talk to you.

This number has called me multiple times in a row and left me numerous messages on my voice mail. I feel harassed and I haven't even spoken with him.

Same thing just happened with me. When I kept asking questions & not getting answers, I told him it was a scam & stop calling. He said " I don't want to talk to you anymore" very defensive, I said "fine, I don't want to talk to you" & hung up!  Don't be fooled by these scumbags, & as noted elsewhere , don't give them any more information!!!
