The caller and e-mailer fom 770-249-8051 is into a surprise. I'm in Law Enforcement. These guys are from abroad, possibly India and use a Magic Jack!

Ask them only few questions...
1.Original loan company.
2.Address and website fax and toll free number.
3.Date,Time and Website from which the loan was deposit.
4.Ask for original loan papers with your signature.
In failure of any answer for given questions, give them shitt..
Don't pay them thru any money-gram on the name of any individual or thru prepaid card or don't give them your debit or credit card number.
By FBI investigation they are calling from INDIAN CALL CENTER. They can't even speak their own name properly.Ask them their address and to get some fun,just ask them to pronounce some American accent words.. Just enjoy their education and third nation behavior.

Call from "officer John Smith" with Georgia loan investigaion division.  Send moneygram for $380 bucks or get arrested. BS!

I just got the same email as the one above with the Cash Net being the loan I supposedly owe. I don't have a loan with any Cash Net, so i don't know what they are talking about. I know I am glad I look here before doing anything, almost glad that others have received the same so I don't feel crazy here.

Just got same email from Thomas Green but my email states the loan was with Cash Net.  Which I have never done business with.  Like anyone of us is going to grab our debit card and give them a payment!!

This person keeps calling with a heavy accent. Dialing my phone 911 or Emerceny threating to take me to court. I have not seen any legal papers also. I think he is working with this number 888-403-2059. How do we just stop this.He even calling my job.

A huh like i believe that you can't even spell and you are probably part of the fraud that is going on with the liars.

Fake do not listen to them, have tried this with me and they are a bunch of liars!!!

Also just received a call from this number - also a guy with a thick accent that knew

1) my name
2) my phone number
3) the last 4 digits of my social

Such a crazy violation. I have no idea how he got my info but it's unnerving.

This number just called and says we owe money to a "pay day loan" company. I actually was returning a call to that number after they left a message saying that if I don't call back within minutes they will contact my employer and may garnish my wages. Just like the writers before, the person is named Kevin Jones with a heavy Indian Accent. When I asked for his immediate supervisor and a contact number his phone call faded out. The crazy part is they new social security numbers?!?!? I am glad these comments were posted previously because this is the first place I looked. Thanks.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SAME NUMBER. SOME DEBT COLLECTION THREATENING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED.

Same issue.  Calling to say that "I better call them back" in a threatening manner (hindu accent).  They have my SSN which is very disturbing.  Going to report it to FTC, SEC, and SS Administration.  These are some serious allegations that are not true.  When you call the number back they don't answer or they insist you unblock your number, which I will not do.  If this were a ligitimate organization, they wouldn't have to worry about blocked numbers.  They've also tried to say they were from different organizations. "Jackson Law Firm" than another that I cannot make out.  I PRAY that these people are caught.  I think the man up stairs will eventually have a hand on these people, so they had better watch out!

oh ma god u abused them dis same people caled me also and i also did the same thing i abused him and i was nt knwing tat the calls were recorded after two days later my local police officer came at ma hme and told me to um dwn to police office and frm there i was takn to the court there i sentensed as a fraud and many fradulant cases had filed on ma name and in the court itsel i made to make the heavy legal charges of 4085$ and i was been kept for prison for one week

These people with a heavy Indian accent keep calling, stating I owe money on a loan, cash advance.  I asked when did I take this out, and what bank..answer " I cannot tell you."  I have notified the local authorities, and these people are scammers along with several other numbers they are calling from, Per the state authorities, do not anser the phone and do not give info.  They have scammed many people thousands of dollars.  I hope the authorities catch these people.  I have had my phone calls from all these numbers recorded!

I received a call from a female regarding a law suit.  Supervisor Jason James said that my soc sec # had been identified in a law suit.  The law firm is "Kivilighan" according to him.  I denied the claim and suggested that this was fraud.  He stated that I needed to log onto their website.  I explained that I would not be loggin on their website.  He replied that if I would not log onto their website then I should "shut up".  I told him to kiss my a**.  
I have debt, but not to these a***oles.

I am getting at least one of these calls everyday. Beware, anyone can file suit against you. I had one "filed" against me on 10/26/11 (I was never served with any papers), and have consulted a very helpful credit organization: the suit is bogus but has been reported to the credit bureaus (the name on the suit is some entity I have never heard of and they claim it is a tax law suit). Got a call from this number today telling me he was an attorney calling me to settle this debt. He had an obvious Indian accent (as they all do) and I asked him if he believed in his religion, Hinduism. He said, "Yes, why?" And I said, "Then how can you do this to American people if you believe in your religion? I have read your holy book and do not think God would be pleased with your actions." He said, "Hold on, and let me get my superior on the phone." I hung up, Googled the number and wound up here.
I have had four of these people actually admit they are scamming Americans and making $7,000 to $10,000 per month living in India, and most of them are calling from a call center (you can hear if you listen) and are in their late 20's, early 30's.  
Beware: they can "file" a suit against you without your knowledge and it will show on your credit reports. That does not mean it is real. Mine is not.

I am an attorney company can't make out what the company is person talks to fast his name is James Richardson. Heavy accent hard to understand told me I owe 292.00 & if I did not pay him emediately I would be arrested & put behind bars. When I hung up I got a call that came in on the 911 number person said he was a police officer. Told him then he would know he was breaking the law & hung up
