They leave a message that only says "goodbye"

This idiot company has been calling me for over a year I have filed 2 complaints with the PUC they still call

Just answered a call from this number. After waiting about 3 seconds an recorded voice said "Goodbye" and hung up.

I said hello and after a few seconds i had a recorded "goodbye" message. The call disconnected. I called back and pressed 1 to speak to a rep. I informed her i am on the do not call list and asked for my number to be removed. She put me on hold and then came back and said she would remove me from the list.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number quite often. I called back once and it picked up as "affordable family health insurance". I pressed 2 for sales and left instructions to take my number off the list, that I was not interested in anything that they are selling. Hopefully this will take care of my unwanted phone calls.

Said hello, a 3 second pause and then heard an automated voice say "Goodbye."

They called and I did not answer. They left me an automated message that said "To be removed from the call list press 2".
I hung up to disconnect the call.

They let the phone ring a couple times, but when I answered no one responded.  I finally hung up.
