THIS PERSON HAS CALLED MY NUMBER EVERY NIGHT AROUND 9 50, AND I HEAR A TV, AND I CANT UNDERSTAND WHEN HE DOES SAY SOMETHING. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR. I HAVE EVEN CONTACTED AUTHORITIES AND THEY SAY THEY CANT DO ANYTHING, BECAUSE IT IS A CELL PHONE. I HAVE A RECORDING ON MY CELL PHONE FROM HIM.HE SEEMS TO HAVE A MENTAL PROBLEM, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO TRY AND GET HIM TO STOP, AND HE KEEPS ON.HE USE TO CALL AROUND 3 AM EVERY MORNING.

I too received several calls and text messagesas well as one voicemail from this #. I am a nurse and was at work when this happened.  The repetitive calls woke several patients as I was doing room checks at 10:30.  Because the calls were one after the other.  The odd texts and one voicemail messages led me to believe it was a kid impersonating a person with Down syndrome or the like.  How can I make it stop???

I received 4 calls on my cell phone from this person around the same time as Dan O.

Below is a copy paste of the message with one f-word starred out and three phone numbers he included in the message.
He two other messages as well, but they are shorter versions of the one below.

This person keeps calling on friday, saturdays and weekends from Atlanta, Georgia.
Calls around 10 pm - 12 am EDT to my area in MST.
Five times no answer with a background sound of tv or call center.
Caller id = Stephen Wagner

I answer and say 'Hello Stephen Wagner' each time and same response nothing then a hang up.
