Message said the caller was Gabriella Munoz from IGS.  I have no dealings with her or the company, figured it was not legitimate.

I have been harassed constantly by Leading Edge Recovery Solutions. They call multiple times throughout the day. They have been harassing my family members, even my ex-husband for over 10 months and calling my work.  This agency is ruthless in trying to collect on a payday loan that I defaulted on. Yes, I owe the money and want to pay it back but not like this. They have threatened me, with being served to go to court, threatened me with possible jail time, check fraud and wage garnishment?seriously!!!

After two weeks of this harassment from Leading Edge Recovery Solutions. I finally got some help from a company called Consumer Credit Helpers (CCH).  They?re a not for profit organization and never asked me for a dime.  CCH helped me file a complaint with the States Attorney General Office, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and finally the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Next they put me in contact with an attorney, who feels we have a case against Leading Edge Recovery Solutions for several FDCPA violations. They were great to talk to, with wonderful advice and information. I recommend anybody getting harassed by Leading Edge Recovery Solutions should take my advice and stand up for your rights!  Call CCH at 1.855.672.1988.

It is unwanted calls that does not apply to me.  And I will e-mail them to this fact.

Apparently my information has been sold to yet another scam collection agency. One thing that does concern me is that I looked the company name up at the licensing board for my state and they do have a license to collect in my state. Please tell me it is not that easy to license yourself when you are not a legitimate company? This is quite distressing if you ask me. I guess I'm going to have to start taping voice mails and giving them to my lawyer AGAIN. For the record, I don't owe anybody anything. My information is being passed from fake agency to fake agency and I wish there were a way to get this to stop. Otherwise, I believe I am going to have to get addresses and go postal on these folks myself.
The last place I brought to my lawyer "doesn't respond to lawsuits" so they're telling me that there's nothing we can do. This disturbs me to no end. All you have to do is not show up for a lawsuit and it's gone? WTF? Something needs to be done about the FDCPA because it's obviously BULLS**T and not being taken seriously by ANYBODY. Unbelievable! I am beyond pissed off over this.

Had this cell number for 8 years and all of the sudden I've got Hank Salmon instructing me to call him tomorrow after 8am. Last week got a call by debt collector looking for Kenya. Wonder if it's related. Starting to get really annoying since they're callin my work cell. Don't give them any info.

They keep calling sometimes not leaving a message. Also 1 888 306 0514 and 1 888 306 0520. I see they are the same company. They aren't calling for me, but they want their called returned, that it's very urgent.

These guys call us all the time with their automated voice and we owe nothing.
Time to get serious with them and send a cease and desist, start the legal trail.

I have received an automated call every Sunday for the past few weeks around 5:00-5:30pm. The only thing the message has relayed is that it is someone named Hank Salmon, and to call him on Monday from 8:00am EST.
It does not state who he is, the name of the company, or even the purpose of the call.
It is really getting frustrating to deal with, and it would be really nice if this harassment could be ended once and for all, not just for myself, but every other victim persecuted as well.

I have been receiving calls from Hank Salmon of LERS for months with instructions to return the call to the above number, 800 663-4707. I have never returned the call and don't intend to but I would like the calls to stop. I have no debts other than my mortgage and have never been late on a payment so I have no reason to call this person.
I'm on the do not call list and consider these phone calls harrassment.

This DBag called me today...same line....left a message....did not address me by name, did not say what the call was about or who the hell he is, other than "Hank Salmon" and to call him tomorrow after 8am.

hank salmon sounds like a douche. i have a real.problem with things like this. i once told a guy id cut his p***s off if he called my phone looking for a robert one more time. he hasnt called back. maybe ill rry this with mr salmon.

I have been left repeated messages from 800-663-4707, but have not returned any.  From reading the other posts, it appears to be from some bill collector.  I never plan to return the call.

I work with a financial services company.  I have been there for two years and have come accross mutliple issues of this kind of thing.  I recently began getting phone calls from Leading Edge Recovery Services.  I haven't called them back, but obviously I have done research.  I went through some of this before when I separated from my ex-husband and some collections were phony but some were legit.  Since then, I have paid everything on time and got everything in collections paid off.  Recently, I made a major shift in my business and it set me back a little for a month and ONE of my accounts went into collections and I have taken care of that.  I am still receiving phone calls from this company and I pay for a program called DebtWatchers each month to keep track of my payments and balances.  I can access this at anytime, it provides protection for me, and I also get a new credit report every 4 months.  Other than the account that I know went to collections and I have taken care of, there is nothing else reported on my credit report.  So, as everybody above believes, these guys are running a scam.  I will be calling them tomorrow since I have all the information I need.  One thing I do want to tell everybody on here is that when you do call these companies and you are unsure whether this debt is yours...do not give them any personal information and DO NOT admit to the debt.  You make them prove it is your debt.  If it is, they will have some of your information such as last four of your social, your address or email.  You make them verify it to you.  DO NOT back down.  If they continue to cause a problem, tell them "this is a debt you are accusing me of oweing," and they need to verify it is.  If not, you will be contacting a lawyer to take care of it.  I know lawyers can be expensive, but there are options.  If anybody needs help finding an affordable lawyer, please contact me.  This is another area that we help our clients with.  My email is sschutt08@hotmail.com.  I won't post my phone number on here, but I will email it to you.  Please be sure to explain a little about your situation so I know.  Hope this helps some.

Write to them at the address on the first page of this thread.  Send it via certified mail, return receipt requested.  Tell them you need validation of the second debt in writing and time to verify the information they sent you.  In the meantime, contact the original creditor stating the account they are referring to was in fact paid and there is a zero balance.   You keep the original letter, and forward a copy to the collection agency, with a short letter stating that the account is paid in full, and therefore, you owe no balance.  This process has worked for me.  Once they receive letter from the original creditor, they generally will send you a letter stating that your account is now closed.

Leading Edge Recovery Solution are very rude, harrashing phone call, intimidating, threatening people. This caller call me at work and cell phone and very annoying. This company need to loose there license from

I don't even own a credit card or a debit card or a checking account or even a savings account! How in the world could I have any debt of any kind?????? I'm too young to own any of that! How in the world did this "Craig" get my number?????? I do not understand how they manages to get a hold of my number!

They even call in leave messages in Spanish. Who knows who they are; We don't have any late or delinquent account SO screw them. For those who don't know and might be tempted to call, do not provide any personal information about you; like SS# date of birth etc. You will be screwed if you do. It's a good idea to buy any credit monitoring service for about $12 per month. Just like the above poster suggests. Also, if they know who they're calling they should give you that information up front and/or in writing via certified mail. THEY ARE ANNOYING, I do feel so sorry for them, it's is a nasty job; they belong to the very bottom of the food chain. In all fairness one time I tried to pick the phone, there was no one on the other side, looks like they target answering machines; that's how stupid they are. Look at it this way, if and only if you actually owe money and your accounts are in collections, are you going to be stupid to call them back? "Yes ..! this is John Smith and you've left a message for me ... Chew my rear end now ...! A person whose accounts are in collections, don't own a personal permanent home phone account. AT THE END, Only You and only You know if one or more of your accounts are in collections, take care of them and preserve your good credit; "it is worth it, especially in a current chaotic economy.
