Called a second time on 08/15/2013 @ 06:15 PM from Atlanta NE, GA. No message was left. Caller ID shows Extension 104. Called previously on 7-23.

Caller ID shows V723154524051. This is the normal format for Rachel from Card Services, but I have no proof or any other posters to corroborate my suspicion. With that Caller ID it's a scammer no matter who is on the other end. I *67'ed the number and it is not in service.
