Received a phone call at 4am and was hung up on, also. I have no debt that's 20 years old, as I would have been 10 at that time, and I am up to date on all my accounts.

I just returned the call. They asked me for a bunch of personal info. I didn't give it to them and they said they have no record of why I would have receievd the call. It seemed like theyr were trying to get me to provide my personal info and no other purpose to the call

Got a call from them on 1/13/12. Nationwide: bottom-feeder collection agency. DirecTV is who they collect for.

I called back and threatened them after receiving 25+ calls in one day to "confirm location information."
We will see if they ignore my warnings.

The person asked for someone that I do not know, I told her that I did not know the person and she kept asking questions. I hung up on her.

I got a call today from this number and I didn't get to the phone in time. I was curious to who it was because I recognized the area code but no one left a message. I was going to call back but thought I should look it up first. Good thing I did! Thanks!

This is a phone number used by "Nationwide Credit Company." They bought very old information and are trying to collect on debts that are 20 years old and have been discharged by bankruptcy. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission.
