Got a pre-recorded message with an unsolicited offer for home loan modification.  It also said "...press 2 if you want to be removed from this calling list..", which I did, but that just re-routed me to a different recording that had nothing to do with being removed from a list.  Very annoying!

WHY DON"T WE ALL WASTE THEIR TIME by hitting the option to talk to a live person and ask bogus questions??? We're on State Of Florida DNC list, of which they are violating.  Previously told them 3 times to stop calling AFTER selecting the option to supposedly remove our number.  Tonight she hung up on me as soon as she realized I was telling them they are in violation.  I can call the number back but merely get a fast busy.  So it's off to the Department of Ag website- if you print the form and fill it out to the best of your ability (DON"T need name or adress) and mail it Florida WILL prosecute.

They keep calling me, I usually hang up but today I decided to play along. I selected the option that says I am in trouble with my mortgage and need help. When "Melissa" answered, I asked that she remove me from the list and she hung up on me.  Calls back to that number say "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."

So they're obviously scammers. If they were legitimate, you'd be able to return the call, even to hear an outgoing message, you know?

No message was left then later that day I had SUNTRUST BANK CALL TO TELL ME THEY HAD TO LOCK MY DEBIT CARD AND IF I WANT TO RESTORE IT KEY IN MY 16 DIGIT ACCOUNT # I PLAYED ALONG TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO SUNTRUST ACCOUNT
