Just like Tarsa stated above, caller claimed someone filled out a survey or contest card and we were chosen winners.  Companies (and the morons that create them) like this should be fined into oblivion.  We are on the "do not call list" and I report every company that is obligated to adhere to that law but fails to do so.

A woman has called twice from "Star Vacations" telling me that I entered a contest approx 18 months ago and that I've won one of five prizes.  She continued that both of us needed to attend a 90 min presentation and to bring our drivers licenses and each of us were to bring our ***check book or credit card*** to prove identity.  Can we say "No frickin' way?"  When has a credit card or checking account been needed to prove identity over the last 10 years?  SCAM, folks!
