Called my cell phone. Did not recognize phone # so didn't answer; glad I didn't. Did not leave a message & I didn't bother to call back. I'm on do not call list to but that doesn't seem to matter to these phone scammers.

The call came through on my cell phone as "Unknown".  I answered and as soon as I heard it was a recording I hung up.

1) "Brain Fog" is not a medical diagnosis.
2) If you aren't supposed to have ANY stress, why did you talk to the people and why did you spend an obvious chunk of time writing your very detailed rant about the call?
Hang up the phone, put the mouse down, step away from the computer and RELAX!

If I do not know the number I do not answer. do not know anyone in Chicago, therefore I am not going to answer because I know it is someone selling something.

This telemarketer is using my minutes for a cruise I did not want or enter to win. I want these people stopped. I am on the DNC list and these idiots still call.

The 800# you provided goes back to a company called Travel Services. I just placed a complaint with BBB.org b/c I have health problems including brain fog, which I told the woman who cursed me out & continued doing so until she hung up on me as I was telling her I had Lupus (SLE), Sjogren's Disease, Fibromyalgia, retinal degeneration, corneal inflammation, and recently learned  I have bulging discs in lower lumbar spine (more bulging discs than not) & degenerative arthritis/disc disease so I didn't understand when she asked my age b/c I had just confirmed over their automated dialing system that I was 21yrs or older and when I gave her my age, which is a bit more than twice of 21, she called me a "DAMNED LIAR" and continued cursing until she hung up.

I'm asking for damages b/c of my health problems and the fact they keep calling only this was the first time the number didn't just hang up and I got a real person who refused to give me her name. I hope they agree for force the company to pay compensation for the hardship this places on my autoimmune diseases. I am not supposed to be under ANY STRESS and I take medications when I feel stress coming on. Also, I'm the only person in the home with income and it's SSDI and it has to support us all so we can't afford to go anywhere but my daughter and I would love to take a cruise but not with this company after the way they acted even if we could afford it and not after the profanity used when I was confused about the age thing. Hopefully again, the BBB will side with me over them.

It may not stop them but it should sure as hell change the way they do business - at least that's my hope.

Was told that I entered a cruise ship contest & won and to press 2 if I wanted to take advantage of the cruise. I pressed 2 and got this hateful lady and asked her how I managed to "win" this cruise b/c I don't remember entering a contest for it.

She asked me how old I was and I had just told a woman before that was over 21 so that was stuck in my head as I have brain fog from Lupus (SLE), Sjogren's, and Fibromyalgia and may be ending up in a wheelchair permanently in a few weeks,which I fought & walked for 10+yrs until now with the exception of a year in 07' when I did end up in the wheelchair for a year but worked my way out. There's no working my way out this time b/c my lower lumbar spine is a mess and I doubt there is any safe fix.

So my mind was on the "I was over 21" and the woman with the "cruise people" asked how old I was and I said 21 then immediately said 42 and that I was over 21 b/c I was just asked if I was over 21 and she called me a LIAR! Then the bi*** hung up on me!

What hurts so much is that I've never been on a cruise and it's the one thing I want to do before the last of my sight is gone and for the last 4 days I haven't been able to see anything with any clarity even up really close where that seeing sweet spot is some of the time. Then to be treated like this about something I've always wanted to do and can't afford to go b/c we are surviving on my SSDI while fighting for 3yrs & 8+mos for my husband's SSDI - this was too much. After she hung up on me I couldn't control my emotions anymore b/c so much bad is happening btw my loss of sight, the pain in my lower back, the fact I know the three specialists from before will put me in a wheelchair even though I can't see where I'm going, and my home is not wheelchair accessible plus I don't have a clue how we will manage to move or carry a chair with us b/c I have severe inoperative nerve damage in my right arm, I started bawling. It took some 30-45mins before I was able to find the number here.

I know I'm going to die young. Most with autoimmune diseases in my maternal family with these diseases die young and I'm legally blind despite the small amt of light perception I retain but to have someone do this on something I want this bad hurt! I have a bucket list made up and know it will never come true. I want to visit Hawaii to pay respects for my grandfather who passed away a few years ago and never had the chance to pay respects for those lost at the USS Arizona Memorial, visit the USS Missouri, and visit Molokai. I want to see clear blue water that I've never seen in my life; I want to swim with dolphins, I want to visit the mission on Molokai where Father Damien cared for the lepers that turned out to have Hansen's disease, which was cured after the invent of penicillin although Father Damien died from the disease himself; I want to visit the coffee plantation there, and I want to walk a beach where there's no other people around and I want to walk the beach on my own two legs without someone sighted following me around like I am a child!

I want to visit Paris to go to the Champs Elysees, the Louvre so I can hopefully get close enough to the Mona Lisa to see it in person along with the Venus De Milo and possibly buy a replica in stone made from the same stone the original is made in but it costs a couple hundred dollars or so - that's out b/c I don't have that kind of money = I'd love to visit Milan Italy and visit an opera and the la Scalia opera house as it's the oldest opera house in Italy and I want to go to Tuscany while I'm there. I'd love to visit Greece to see the Parthenon and Ireland to visit the actual true Tara (Gone w/The Wind - it really does exist and it's where the Irish Kings lived before they were taken over by the English) but that won't happen either. I've never been on a Cruise so I would love to take a cruise somewhere - anywhere just to know I've been.... And these people walk all over my heart and lie!

called the 877 # above and left them hanging while i "looked" for my acct number
gave them 0018003825633 as an acct number...... he said "that doesnt sound right"
I said sure it is.... look on a phone pad and put the numbers to letters

company said i'd entered a contest and won. never entered a contest. lady went on to explain that i could cruise to cozumel or the bahamas within the next 18 months (until Jan. 2014) on royal caribbean or carnival. i asked what company she was from. she responded "travel services." how general and untraceable. bluff. there is no way in hell i am giving some random caller (with no means of follow-up) a payment for some trip i cannot see any documentation for. once i asked her for something to look over, she said they'd give me some documentation after i paid. puhlease. she spoke fast and wasn't very pleasant. i asked for more information. she hung up. i called back so i could collect more information and report this scam only to get a "non-working phone number" message. crooks. unfortunately, someone will fall for this. called me on 8/3/2012 at 7:12 pm, Washington, DC.

Do not call my number any more. This isn't funny and I am not impressed !

Looks like this caller has started up again...or you folks got tired of posting occurances since Nov 11.  I just it ring, like most of these calls, but it is MOST annoying to hear the phone ring and ring when you know it's not someone you want to talk to.  I'm on the "do not call" list also, but that doesn't seem to matter.  I think the folks manning the 'do not call' option were fired about 2010, cuz nothing seems to stopping these jerks from calling and calling.

received a call telling me I filled out a form and won a cruise, told them it was a scam I did not fill out anythong and to remove my number, The agent called me a bi*** and a liar. and proceded to yell at me. I hung up   What a loser company hiring the dregs of society

A  Guy has called my Cell Phone about Three Times... He Sound Like he is From India Or Something..But He Try to tell be That I had been Aproved For a Goverment Grant of $50,000. And It is mind to spend any way I want...And It Never has to be Pay back..So I Was trying to be very Nice..LOL So I ask the Guy when did the Goverment Start calling Cell Phone to Give away Grants...In Than He try to say they have been doing it for Years..So when I Told him I was On line At the time of the call..And I was Checking the Number He Called From He Hung Up  Very Fast...Let just say he has not call me back

called my cell -- left no message -- called from work phone and "number has been disconnected and no longer in service"?

Recorded message saying you won a cruise from entering a contest (I never entered any).  Pressed 1 to hear about it. Guy enthusiastically says "How are you doing?  I say "greaaaat!" but apparently not enthusiastically enough because he hangs up on me.

Got the call too. It was a recording that said "Congratulations!" and told me I filled out a form to be drawn to win a Carnival cruise, and to press 1 for more info, 2 to be added to the do not call ... I hung up.

I'm on a do not call list for my home phone and cell phone.  I've not entered any contest to warrent a sales call

David- The only way to stop these calls is to block numbers  by area code. As you found out, they just change the last digit of the number calling you. If you're using a cell phone, there are apps' for that.

The caller left a message that I had been selected to win a large prize consisting of a cruise with air transportation included.  I did not answer.  They have called three days in a row at 4:30 pm esdt and 7:30 pm.  I put a block on the number and they called again with the last number changed to a 1.

Called 7-2-2012 @ 11:57, left partial voicemail message on cell phone.  Sorry I couldn't answer cal and waste some of their time.
