Told me to put money on walmart card to receive 1000 dollar loan.

I got the same phone call. I even checked it before I contuined the conversation and didn't see any of these complaints. So I finished the transaction and come to find out it was a scam.

Scammers.  Offered 5000.00 loan - when I asked for documents he wanted my email - I said no, I will email you, what is your email and your website address.  Gave me an email of tyler.john@usa.com (payday loan company) but said he was not authorized to give me a web page address, I needed to email his supervisor at the address he had given me.  Kept asking for my email address.  Did not contact them or give him any information-blocked this number from my phone but I am guessing they have many more numbers to use.

Just received a call from this individual i couldnt understand him so i couldnt tell you his name . He offered the same $5000 at 11% interest .I told him i would get back to him in an hour which i did not and almost to the minute my phone rang . i did not answer . this person is very persistant to try to get money off of anyone who would fall for this crap.

Yes this same thing just happened to me. He called and said his name was John Tyler with USAPaydayloan and I needed to put money on a greendot card to receive a $1000 loan. It seemed like a scam and I told him I would call him back after speaking with my husband. Glad I checked online first before going any further.

I received the same call today for the exact same reason and the exact same things. Everything, The guys name, the company's name, the same amount of money, the green dot's card and everything the same. As soon as he asked me for money, I told him I would do so tomorrow. Thank God I google it bfore anything.

The caller name was John Tyler and he stated that I was preapproved for a $5000 loan with his company USAPAYDAYLOAN. I told his that he could not do a payday loan in Arizona and he said it was a personal loan so that was ofk to do. He then said I would need to put $231 on a green dot paper card at walmart so he could verify that I was able to do the payment. I told him I did not have the $231 and said what could I send. I told him I would be willing to do $190 thats all I would do. He said that would be fine. It was just to verify I was the person with the card and that as soon as they verified I could use the card for whatever I wanted to use it for. Well I did that and then I recieved a call from there finance department stating that they had froze the money on the green dot card until I paid the $231. I told them to release the money on the green dot card and cancel the transaction and they told me they would not do that and the only way I was going to get my $190 back was to put $231 on the card and finish the transaction. Then they would send me the $5000 loan and give me my $190 and $231 back also. I have reported them to the fraud dept of the Chicago police dept.and to the scambook network. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMS BEWARE OF THEM. They steal your money and don't give the loans.

The caller stated they preapproved me for a $5000 11% intrest loan. Went on to say that I had to verify with thier finance department the funds i'm able to pay monthly with a moneygram. yeah, think they just want as much as i would send and then i'd never see it again. stated they were with USAPAYDAYLOAN.com....called the # listed on thier website and stated they only deal with payday loans and think the call was a scam as well.
