got a call from dis num they said i won the prize . i hang up

Two calls in two days. Both times I answered and all I got was five seconds of breathing and then a hangup.

I just got a call from this number but they did not leave a message.

Just received a call from this number they asked about my cell number I refused to confirm it. I told them take me off their calling list and the Asian woman claimed they were not telemarketers. I then hung up.
