RoboCall Telemarketer Carrier: Level3 VOIP. I did *67 to block my VOIP number to call back & had an automated attendant indicate "Cannot accept new messages at this time". A series of background clicks with silence then it automatically disconnects the call. For those with Android devices your so much better off in being able to prevent repeat calls. For those with iPhone I recommend using FREE app YouMail to ditch calls. For calls made to Landline, I subscribe to http://nomorobo.com/ The call rang once and the free service endorsed by FTC 2013 award prevented the illegal telemarketing call from being answered by me or by voice mail as a hang-up. Call centers invoice the carriers through monthly tariffs for connecting calls either answered by your voice mail or a human being ... Reason why majority of calls are hang-ups!

The number showed up on my house phone and I said hello, then I heard a click, then a hang up.  I called it from my cell, but got no person and no company information, just thrown into a voicemail to leave a message.  What is this garbage?  Can they gather info about you just by you picking up the phone?  Hate it!

This miscreant called my wife's cellphone. Her number is on the "do not call list." What good is the list when a**-holes like this are allowed to call and nothing is available to shut them up?

Me too.  No message.  I'm on do not call.  I block numbers.  So far I have over 100 numbers blocked.

They just called again.  Twice this week already.  No message.  I am blocking the # on my phone.  Hopefully this works.

Last called at 4:24PM on 6/18. They call my cell phone at least once a week, sometimes more.  I don't ever answer and they never leave a message., but they keep calling.

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer it.  They left no message and I'm not calling them back.  Solution?  Added to reject list.

I'm pretty sure this company is working on Natural Language Processing and Text to Speech capabilities. I got the call from this number and a lady asked me how I was doing today. I asked if this was a machine and she replied, thanks, do I sound that bad today?.. in a slightly robotic tone then she hung up. I feel like a company is trying to perfect their system by doing market research on random cell phone numbers. Take your # off Facebook, twitter G+ and all sites ever. This will stop!

Just got a call from this number. Download the app "true caller". They say it's a cell phone number. With true caller you can also block and report them!

Just got a call from this number. Got a call earlier today from another scam number. The more I block them and ignore the calls the more they seem to change numbers and call. I wonder if calls goung to voicemail give them incentive to call back just like answering does because they know it is a valid number when voicemail picks up. Tired if being bothered.

just received a call from this number, no voice so I just kept hitting the pound button  over and over so they could enjoy the noise... was told this messes up their computers, maybe they won't call again

Just got a missed called from this number on my cell phone.

Called on work phone, asked about credit card relief for cards, do I owe over $10K, asked how much do you make, can I pay my bills, what unsecured debt do I have, etc.......I said no, no, no to all, then, finally I told her I'd just won a lottery and had no debts.

Got a call on my cell phone at 11:44AM 17 June 2014.  I didn't answer and they left no message.

This company has called my cell phone which has to be a "hunting" for a number to annoy, as my cell is from a different state and no one except family has the number.  When I answered there was no one there.  No message left if we did not answer.

I just got a call from this number on my cell.  I did not answer and no message was left.

I have received two calls from this number in a week. One was on Tuesday, June 10th and one today Monday June 16th. They never leave a message so I have no clue who it is, but from the sounds of it, it's a scam.

Called and when I answered the Phone, no one answered. After several hello's, they hung up.

Called at 11:15 am on June 13, 2014.  Caller ID showed "Care Services."  Left no message.  We do not answer phone numbers we do not recognize.

I downloaded a free ap on my phone called "Mr Number".  It blocks known spam and if a call gets through, like this one did, you can add it to the "hang up" list and never be bothered again.
