I've had messages left at work from this number on several occasions. Once the caller claimed to be "with Fairfax County"  but wouldn't name any specific county agency. Another time the caller actually said he was a police officer calling about a subpoena. Impersonating an officer is a crime everywhere so I doubt the name left (Tim Connors) is real.

This is obviously an unscrupulous collection agency.

I got a message at work from this number stating he was calling from my County clerks office about a urgent matter that the Sheriff's office contacted them about under my id number.  He listed a case number and said I needed to contact them within the next hour or he would proceed with the legal action.  I called my county clerks office and they had never heard of the person who said he was calling from their office and they had nothing on my name or ssn.  I also tried to call the number which was out of state and the person was very rude would not tell me anything unless I gave them my full name and ssn.  He finally hung up on me and told me good luck with the sheriff.

The receptionist at work gave me a message slip and said the attorney generals office was calling about an urgent matter.  When she gave me the phone number I realized it was out of state.  When I called the number the person was rude and unwilling to identify himself without me giving him my first and last name or case number.  

I called back later in the day to continue to try and get information from the individual who was again very rude and demanded I identify myself.  I explained to the individual they should not continue to call me at work, falsely identify themselves or continue to not identify themselves since its considered harassment and against the law.
