I have been getting these calls for months, many different numbers and they are all posted on a website somewhere.  I finally realized i had a "block call" function on my phone. duh

Call with no answer or message

Apparently this is no one that I know as many people report having had calls from this number and the person/company never leaves a message.  Also the line is continually busy when I attempt to call.

Message says "Thank you, your call is important to us, please hold for the next available agent".  Except they called us.  I just hung up.

Just got one last night-I didn't pick up. No message.

They call, never say a word, never leave a message. If I answer and say hello... they hang up.  WTF???

I got a call from this number who asked for several people.  first carol, tony, and others... I'm not sure who it was and after I told them they might have the wrong number they just hung up...

same as above...they call... i answer...they hang up.  very annoying!

My husband is a sales/marketing major and this is NO WAY to market or sell anything. RUDE, SWEARING IN BACKGROUND, UNPROFESSIONAL. We found out that it is a company named Telenet & Associates Incorporated but they go by TAI and are based out of Elgin IL 847-760-5001

Tonight, same exact experience Dave described n 6.13.09.  Just what I need another annoying waste of my time.

sometimes wishing well foundation comes up on the caller id, now they use more local numbers hoping you might answer.  They usually call my name over the answeriing machine, but then hang up.  It's a legimate company but  the lowest "level" is $75 and I cannot afford that, so they'll take anything.  Its hard to get money out of people these days, so I feel bad, except if they are rude, then they don't deserve anything!

asked for Mr and when I asked who was calling said,"Kevin" and hung up.

They keep calling me and hanging up. when I call back, I get a busy signal.

Called 5x within one hour! No answer when I finally picked it up.
I want to gut this vermin like a fish!

After picking up, I got the automated message, "Please hold for the next available agent."

After 30 seconds, the line was disconnected.

This exact sequence has happened before...

WOW!!  Your a cool guy.  Yeah your gonna bust a cap in someone who called you's a**?  I don't think so.  You want to go to jail and get butt raped?  You might like it?  I'm not here judge.

I am a Firefighter and these people use (our--police and firefighters) good reputation to solicit for PRIVATE FUNDS!!!  DO NOT GIVE TO THEM!!!!!  CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE OR FIRE STATION AND ASK HOW TO DONATE IF YOU WISH!!!!!

The guy called from this number, his name was Brad. He was so rude, got me extremelly p...d off.  He was calling my house and being rude to me, I'll find a way to get back to him.

This a a group who calls and asks for money, it is usually Police related.
I gave money years ago when I just moved in and now they call all the time.

Just got a call from this number and because I read all of the above comments and more I answered the phone and told them to F*** themselves.  The guy tried to get tough with me so I invited him to come on over and discuss it with SMITH, WESSON and myself.

I also received a call this evening from this number with no one speaking on the other side.

Just received a call from 773-922-5406 when i answered no one was there.

I got a call from this number at 6:54 this evening claiming it was some sort of police / youth violence charity. The guy was pushy trying to get me to commit to a donation. I asked him to send me information in the mail before I would commit. He said something like, "good luck guy", before he hung up. It did sound like there was some wild behavior going on in the background.

Someone calls our home from this number and from 773-922-5407.
Every time we pick up, and the caller stays on the line for a minute, then hangs up. They call at any time, evening or days and it's becoming anoying.
I wish they would stop and that this creep finally gets caught.
