this number keeps calling me every day.If you call the number back they cant receive calls. I tell them to stop, but they keep calling. They say that they are my IT company and I have downloaded things on my pc that are harmful and you cant understand half of what they say. How do you stop these people!!!!!!!!

Got the call this afternoon.
eastern Indian accent said he was from my IT company and my computer was downloading virises without my knowledge. He wanted my permission to take control of my computer on line so he could fix the problem. I said are you nuts my provider does that and hung up on him. Caller ID said Massachuetts.

Same thing with me, got a call from this # and I could not understand callers name. Had a VERY HEAVY indian accent and what I could make out of it was "I'm calling for the computer you complained about" I'm like... What?? What are you talking about, where are you from?? So he says a company name 3x and I still can't understand to which he goes to his scripted text. I let him talk for a minute and it had to do with browser, files etc. I have no idea what he was going to ask of me to do but I just said I don't have time for this and hung up. What absurd scam are they coming up with now?? I hope people don't fall for it!

A fellow by the name of JACKSON just call me from that number - my caller ID said simply "OUT OF AREA". He said he had information that indicated when I used GOOGLE I was unknowingly downloading harmful files and he was calling to tell me how to solve the problem. I told him his call was one of the most ridiculous I'd gotten recently and to take my name off of his list or I would report him to the Missouri Attorney General. DO NOT LET THIS IDIOT DO ANYTHING TO YOUR COMPUTER.

I dont think so. Told them to remove me from their list. Couldnt understand the name of the company.
