Got a call asking for information to update my health record card (whatever that is). Some amount of intimidation was used trying to get me to sign up for this service which would cast $390 to set up and $20/ month to maintain. (an"electronic" health record card for emergency personnel to use if I was unable to communicate my medical history)

Keep getting calls from this number, they don't leave a message and when I return their call, I get a recording that tells me it is not a working number.

This company called & said there was a new law requiring me to give them personal information. They said it was also going to cost me. I will be reporting them to the police.
