If you want to complain just call Telus and report as abuse. I got a call but didn't pick it up so I will yell next time I get one.

THEY CALL EVERY DAY TRYING TO SELL INFORMATION AND TRY TO COLLECT INFORMATION.  NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I SAY NO, THEY KEEP CALLING

The caller from this number is very offensive.  She literally screamed at me when I asked what kind of advertising she was selling.  I asked for a website and she screamed that she wanted to send an invoice for services.  What?

The BBB review advises that there is a ALERT for this business.  The alert says:

"If you have concerns with this company, in addition to filing a complaint with us, the BBB would suggest contacting The Competition Bureau, the law enforcement agency of the federal government that addresses issues that fall under the Competition Act, including some aspects of business to business transactions. http://www.competitionbureau.gc.ca, 1-800-348-5358"

My answering machine picked up; no message left.

I've had a couple of fax attempts from this number, most recently this morning. Called back, this time managed to reach a "Mike." Told him to get my telephone number off their list - we'll see what that does.

I looked online and learned this number is one of several belonging to a company called Medlaw International (with many alternate company names). Found this info about them from the Better Business Bureau:

They have a rating of "F" and sound like total scam artists. Their address is listed as 13611 82 St, Edmonton, AB T5E 2V3, main telephone (780) 472-6397.

Caller keeps calling.

I actually answered this one, they wanted to speak "to the person in charge of advertising".  I asked what company they were, and they answered "online directory" .

Rec call from this number on 6/10/10, when I called it back, person's message machine stated, can't come to the phone right now, did not leave name.

Caller ID stated Edmonton, Alberta CA

we have a stucco company and she  caled today,, she said she  need some jobs done,, comercial,,, i was lucky cause  i was busy  working,,,, i live in ottawa, here is 613 so i knew is some scam etc..

Lady called my business asking for the person in charge of community sponsorship. I remember someone from this number calling a few times last year too.

As I usually do, I told her the guy she needs to speak with is Jim, and of course Jim is away or gone for the day or on holidays, whichever I feel like. Sometimes I ask them to hold, then put them on hold for 15 minutes, then hang up. Or depending on what line they call, they just go on hold until I need the line again.

I hate telemarketers.

The caller ID says "Alberta" and nobody is on the line when I pick up.  This number calls my house several times a day.  I called it back once and it was somebody's voice mail, but you couldn't leave a message because it was "full."
