Just got this letter today also. The letter is from "P.O. Box 904 Drummondville, Quebec J2C 6G6" with a Canada 93 Flower sticker in the top right corner. The letter heading says "allpay.net" and "Suite 2100, 600 Dover Drive, Edmonton, Alberta R37 7X1".
The letter itself says I am a lucky winner due to my spending time on the net or answering surveys. Prize money amt is "$47,570.00 USD" and included is a check for "$2,680" to use for "clearing fees". It gives me a claims agent I should contact by the 31st of December, named James Taylor, to be reached at (780) 695-6412. Also, the letter is supposedly written by an "Amanda Taylor"...
THE CHECK INCLUDED IS A FRAUDULENT CHECK. I was excited because at first I couldn't see any void on the check... IF YOU LOOK AT THE CHECK, YOU WILL SEE THE BLUISH BACKGROUND... A CLOSER LOOK WILL REVEAL A SERIES OF STRATEGICALLY PLACED BLACK DOTS. THESE CAN BE HARD TO SEE, BUT UNDER A GOOD LIGHT YOU CAN MAKE OUT LETTERS "VOID". THE WORD IS ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE CHECK IN BUBBLED LETTERS!!! LOOK AT YOUR CHECKS CLOSELY AND YOU WILL SEE THAT IS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A HORRIBLE SCAM.

I just received a letter saying I won a sweepstakes with this as the contact number.  The contact name is James Taylor.  It included a check as well.  It is pretty convincing.  I am sure lots of people will fall for it.
