THIS IS nothing but a bunch of con artist hoping small business owners are desperate enough to give them their checking account information so they can start stealing money from your account!!!!! The people are rude and I spoke with someone who refused to identify herself who actually used a lot of profanity when I complained about reCeiving 10-12 phone calls per day and I demanded that they stop it!!!!!

This is super Scam Caller, they has been call 2 time in aday, but they have more than 50 phone number ->>317-322-3614 - 781-234-0230, they call I pickup many time say hello, but they did not say any thing, it time to bring this scam fish on table.

They say it is the National Small Business Association.   They want to offer our company a credit card.    When I asked to get off the list they guy hung up on me.   I'm going to starting accepting the call and wasting his time.    The NSBA in DC says it is a scam.

I'm a receptionist at a small physical therapy office and have been receiving automated calls from this number several times a day saying "Hello! This is John-.." and that's as far as I get before hanging up. Well, after several days of this I googled the number and after reading the comments on this board, I thought it would be a laugh to call the number back and get hung up on the man that's hanging up on everyone else. So it began: I called, was put on hold for the next representative for about 2 seconds before a man answered asking if I was interested in their business loan, I hung up, just to be the first one to score a goal in his little game.
I then called right back, and got the same man, he asked if I was interested in his loan, I said "No, but I'm interested in being put on your do not call list". He said "it takes a month" and CLICK he hung up. Well, that's 1 to 1.
I called back and listened to the holding music for about 30 seconds before figuring he probably wasnt going to answer again. So, considering the reviews here describing what has to be the same man I got on the phone, then getting him twice in a row, I figured either he's the only one manning the office, or it's at the least a very small office indeed. And as I've got nothing better to do with my time at work, I called the number back about 7 times and set the receiver on my desk as the hold music played until disconnected.
I did this for about 15 minutes before deciding I wanted to talk to him again and he simply must answer at some point. So the next time I called I listened to the holding music for about a minute before a different man answered who had more patience and at least pretended to apologize for the outrageous number of calls I complained about, and at least pretended to place me on their do not call list. Although if the calls actually do stop, I will be surprised.

this is an auto dialer, keep calling and interrupting my business all the time, Nothing there on the other-side but music.

These %#&$*%(  will NOT stop calling my cell phone, which IS on the DNC Registry... occasionally it's a recording where I can Press  # or some number to REMOVE (which I have done, and which obviously has not resulted in being removed!), or mostly, there is no one on the other end.  I am going over to the DNC Registry NOW to see what I can do about this and STRENUOUSLY OBJECT to this CONTINUED HARRASSMENT!!!

see my 11-17-10 post.  JERKS have been calling since then.  Caller I.D. says CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sometimes it is hangups and other times it is a long recorded message that ties up my answering service.  The message this time was for platinum membership provided by the National Small Business Alliance with an $8,000 line of credit..

I get this phone call 3 or 4 times a day.  When I called the # back it was called NBA small business platinum.  I just went & filed a complaint with the do not call registry as an auto dialed pre-recored call is illegal.  I am doing this to any unwanted calls, I am hoping that if I camplain enough the Gov't will finally fine them.  Everyone should go to the do not call registry & file a complaint.

They call continously.  Sometimes it is a recording and other times they will not speak.

Me "That is cool, for what?"
Caller "Could you start by telling me the name of your business?"
Me "How do you know my business qualifies for 8 grand and you don't know what my business is?"

I think that's a question he didn't want to answer. If we can report email as spam and fine them why can't we get these guys in trouble for spamming un solicited calls?

3-5 calls a day, called it back and spoke to a live person who asked if we were ready to get our $8000 loan. Asked to be rmoved from their list and he asked agin about the loan and hung up. Called them back and a different person answered, she confirmed the # and said we would be taken off the list. 5 calls a day later, contacted them again and the same guy as before said to quit wining and hung up. Called back and same guy answers, I asked for a supervisor and he said there aren't any, but offered some cheese for the wine..... Phone company refuses to do a thing. Forwarded info to AG.

I have gotten the same recorded message from multiple phone #'s. I have asked politely to be taken off of their call list to no avail.

Rcv'd phone call from number at business.  No one on the other end.

They are driving me crazy, they do the same to me.

I get these calls all the time. They are NSBA -- National Small Business Alliance. You dont get an $8,000 loan, you get $5000 line of credit for travel services and $3000 line of credit for computer hardware & software. It cost $350 to join. Just listen till the end of the recording and it will ask if you want to be placed on the do not call list by pressing 9.

i get 5 to 12 calls a day the last time today i picked up the phone the had my phone locked up for 15 mins

Deam this guys call and call all the time! i just got off the phone with one of them and they think im gonna provide my bank acc. by the phone.... is ther possible way to go trough the preocess with out getting scam? having an extra 8gs in a bank acc. doesnt sound bad at all.....

At work this phone number calls 3-4 times a day, i finally got someone on the phone who said "come on, we don't call you 3-4 times a day" this is a scam and I want to report this company

At work I just got the Merchant Relief Act call and if I wanted to learn more, I should press 1. I hung up and looked it up on internet and here I am on this page. I'm in Eastern Pennsylvania

Just got a prerecord call a few minutes ago on my business line from "Max" saying the "Merchant Relief Act" was passed "last week".  Googled "Merchant Relief Act" and got this page.  So they're still at it.  I'm in Colorado.

Hello. I work for University of Arkansas Medical Science as a liason between patients, nurses and doctors as part of a sub division of administration. We get several, and I do mean several, calls from this ,what seems to be, fake company. I have spoke to some one to attempt to have this facility removed from their calling list. This unfortunately did not resolve the problem and either has anyone elses attempts. They are seriously causing a problem by tying up are lines when their are patients and profesionals that severely need are services. Has anyone been successful at resolving this problem as of yet?

I have a friend who was recently contacted regarding the Merchant Relief Act.  This is the only place that I was able to find information or anyone even discussing it.  Can anyone tell me more about it?  Is it a scam?
