Jerk said he was Kansas highway patrol. I asked if he was a sworn officer, he said yes. Against the law to impersonate an officer! Kept calling me by my first name, total idiot! Total scam!

When I answer 1-785-338-8872 there is only silence on the other end.
When I try to call back I get an automated answer: "THE PARTY YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS NOT AVALIBLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THIS TIME."

No message left but I have a separate caller ID on my phone and it usually picks up the area code when my phone will not. The number is 785-338-8872. They called 2/9/2014 at 8:35 PM a Sunday night. The number is connected and you can leave a message. My guess however is that it is a stolen number used to mask the real number calling.
