telemarketer ?.. leaves no message

I'm so sick of receiving calls from this number & a few others. They never leave a message. These calls started as soon as I signed up for the no-call registry; which is why I think that they are trying to solicit donations under the not-for-profit. If it those same guys, I read that the group they are soliciting funds for only gets 5%. Next time they call I will answer.

calles my cell and doesn't leave message.........what happened to the no call list?  Or is  there such a thing anymore

Same deal here. In spite of my no call list....I thought 'no call' lists were just that-! Who/what can this be reported to? These a**les are relentless.Besides I would never even want to talk to ANYBODY from Topeka KS.

785 380 0141  keeps calling,  will not answer and there is an answering service when it is called.  The FCC or someone needs to cancel these people's phone service.

They keep calling even after I've told them NO. I don't have money for any charible or NON charible.

thay been calling  begging for money  i check the bbb kansas  and found that 90% goes to the telemarketer
this been going on for years  once you donate over the phone thay will  give your phone number to every
charity to call to beg for money  so if your going to donate  do it at the local  sheriff  office than  thay will
get the 100% donation  donot answer this call

office not the phony call scam then they will receive all 100%  donations  thease callers being doing this
telemarket call scam for years once you donate on the phone thay have every moron calling begging for money

Called but did not leave message.  If telemarketer where do we file a complaint.  Sign me up.

This is a phone call from the Kansas State Troopers - they are requesting contributions.

Rings twice then hang up. You can't call em back without an access code!!!

Searching on the Internet shows it is a telemarketer. I get calls from there also. Usually it is a solicitation from a Policeman's widow fund, police memorial wall donation or such. Once you make the mistake of sending a donation to one, then you get put on the lists for all the other police causes. I'm not anti-police, in fact I have a nephew who is a policeman, however I cannot afford to donate to all the causes out there. Thus I avoid answering my land line whenever possible, as they call a lot.

Caller ID comes up as Topeka, KS.  Didn't answer, left no message.  

previously had been getting hangup calls from a different number coming up as Mt Hope, KS.
