I started to get harassing calls today from a Andrew Johnson?? They also called my work and i told them they are not allowed.....How do I get them to stop....They are telling me they are going to subpena me to court.....They are bogus and they are lyers....stop!!!!

Really...  You must be part of the scam because you cannot write or spell in english.  I have had 2 employees receive calls from this group and each time they utilized foul language.  DO NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE FROM FOREIGN COMPANIES REGARDING DEBT COLLECTION.  
If you are not part of this company, I hope you did not give away all of your information including your bank account.

they calling from india........many stupid person paid them...oh mamaa.......they call me evryday with diffrent names....after few days they stped calling .they r from pakistan or from india

They called one of my offices multiple times, so I turned the tables on them and have been crank calling them at this number for over a week. They disconnected the number today. They told me they found me (made up name) and that I owed $250, but with interest and legal fees that it would cost $520 - and then asked for my credit card number, right!

Names given: Mike Johnson, Rox Johnson, Joseph Anderson, etc.

these guys pop up every 6 months or so with a different Number / Group alias each time

the odd thing about them is they have to have access to some kind of Database to get names / #'s from because whenever I get a call from them (Assorted groups) they always ask about someone other than me  (aside from the fact that I am a "Reference") and 9/10 its a particular person who has HORRIBLE Financial skills and has driven his entire financial life into the ground

telling them that you dont have; Contact, Contact information, address, phone # whatever does not seem to work ..

unfortunatly I do not think prosecuting them will ever work as I believe they are located outside the US and using a Number router to make it seem as if they are Stateside when the call comes in ,this is why their callback number is a dead line with nothing(not even static)

my suggestion is to toy with them .... let them know you know they are a scam and treat it like a game ...whoever comes up with the most creative way to get them to stop calling you wins .... Last time they called (more than a year ago)  I let them know nice and solidly that I knew they were a scam and proceeded to ask them if I could have a job ... because unlike them I could speak fluid english ... havent heard from them untill now

They were calling me and now they are calling my mom she is 84 years old and excellant credit and does have any pay day loans I think that they are going thur phone books because I have never heard of Anderson Law Firm and what law firm or debt collector is just call you out of the blue and say you owe this bill and you need to pay it asap or you will be arrested?

THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR BAD TALKING FOREIGN VOICES HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME FOR MONTHS SAYING I BORROWED MONEY WHICH I NEVER DID. CAN ANYONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS VERY ILLEGAL SCAMMING THAT IS GOING ON???????

They called and told me that they were informing me that they were signing papers to file 3 felony counts against me and there was nothing I could do about it.  I tried to call back but as you can imagine you cant get thru.

I RECEIVED  SEVERAL CALL AT WORK , MY BOSS JUST DON'T PASS THE CALLS TO ME ,BUT THEY STILL , IN ONE DAY THEY CALL 5 TIME IN MY JOB  FROM  ANDERSON LAW FIRM AND THE PHONE 786-275-5048.THEY HARASSING
COLLECTOR CAN'T CALL AT ANY JOB AND THAT IS BY THE LAW.A debt collector cannot:

   Telephone you an unreasonable number of times
   Telephone you at an unusual time/ unusual place
   Disclose information of your debts to third parties
   Use profane or other abusive language
   Contact you after written notification that you do not want to be contacted any further
   Claim to be affiliated with any governmental organization
   Misrepresent the character, amount or legal status of a debt
   Threaten of to take any action that cannot be taken legally
   Accuse you having committed a crime
   Threaten or communicate false credit information
   Attempt to collect, until he honors your request to validate
   Use deceptive methods to collect debts
   Call you before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.
   Call you, but not announce who he/she is
   ...  and more

I have received several calls today from this number threatening me with legal action and having papers served at my address and my employer. They leave this number of 786-275-5048 to call them back but they are harassing and have never provided any legal proof or documentation that states the nature of and purpose for such cause of action. They have also spoken directly with my attorney who requested they provide the same information and as of today nothing has been provided.

I received a call from these people at Anderson law firm as well.  They were very threatening saying that if they don't hear from me or my attorney they will prosecute against me.  They said my social security number is under investigation but never stated what for what the charges were for, the amount or anything like that.

How and to whom do I report the harrassing calls from this number?

I received a call at 12:08pm PST. I pickup and told them to send the application and account number to me by mail. He told me that he would transfer me to the person who is handling my case. When I talk to the person he had the same voice. He told me that he can fax it to me but I dont have a fax machine. He told me that I open a loan with Advance Payday Loans for $300 over the internet. I have not receive the loan. I tried to ask them what account they sent the money but he just hang up. This is totally bogus! They called me from two numbers 786 275-5048 and 619 752-7469.

Two days ago I started receiving these calls claiming they are from Anderson Law Firm. threatening me with a lawsuit that has been filed.This is the first time I ever had contact with them. Does anyone know if it is illegal for a collection agency to go straight to a Law firm without the agency first contacting the debtor? When I do talk to them and I say this is identity thief and I tell them that I will call the police they all of a sudden hang up.

If you are not working for them and are just naive and believe any of this, then I have some ocean front property for sale in Vegas!  These guys are scammers and until they legitimately verify the debt they state you owe, you don't need to pay them one red cent.  Validation is not done by e-mail either.  You need verifiable proof that the debt they claim is truly yours and they need to do that via regular mail with the original loan information attached.  DO NOT give these scam artists any of your hard earned money or any of your personal banking information, they will take you to the cleaners.

Keeps calling saying they are from the Anderson Law Firm and USA Law firm. Name differs day to day, Paul, Mike, Dan Williamson, never the same name but the same person. Says I have received and defaulted on a loan from a loan company. I checked with my bank they show no records of anyone ever trying to debit my account for the supposed money. They claim I owe 300 American dollars with a service fee of 254. I can send the money only via a wire transfer so its a scammer deluxe. When I have had my lawyer call the number they always say that the person he is looking for doesn't work there. I can sit in the lawyers office call back using my cell phone and they will answer then hang up as soon as the lawyer starts talking.

I have received call from this number today morning and when i were call back the person pick up the phone name as Richard Johnson saying that I applies for a payday loan of $300 and after late fee it's reach to $757 and he also said if i haven't  pay it back they take me to court i believe  they are the ledgment  company and i also made my first installment of $300 and they had also send me a notification of my of my bills and all the proofs and i don't think so that they are doing fraud.........

told me to have a lawyer call them, but number is blocked or says disconected when called. i refused to send credit card info and was told they would have debtor "sue my a** off" then called be over and over again and finally told me he was calling to hear my ringback tone

I AM BEING HARRASSED

Someone has been calling me from this number for about 4 days and sometimes leaves a message and sometimes does not. If we try to call the number back he called from (says his name is Mike Johnson sounds like he might be saying Anderson Law Firm) but the number is not a working number. He sounds like he might have an Indian accent and I can not understand 95% of what he is saying. He then started calling my work and has my boss seriously pissed off. He called 15 times two days ago, my boss spoke to him several times and informed him numerous times that he was NOT to call back as this was my work place and I could not accept phone calls and he continued that day to call back, usually not 5 minutes after he hung up from talking to her. He then told her that this was a lawsuit against me and it involved the company I work for and my boss started screaming at him saying it had nothing to do with my company I work for. He also called my sons phone number and was telling him personal information about what he was calling about, which he also did to my boss, which I am told is illegal for him to discuss it with anyone at all. This is harassment and I want to know what can be done about this?

I have received several calls from this number saying I applies for a payday loan and that they want me to pay 300 dollars because I never got rhe loan. They are representing themselves as Anderson law firm. Have been harassing me for a month now and won't stop.
