keeps calling me and hanging up or stateing that they dialed the wrong number.  How many times do they have to dial it to get it right! Who is this!!!!

IF I answer, no one on the other end....then just disconnects...WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!!!

called again, this time claimed to be Allen Clements AT & T empoyee #481868 of the Notification Center.  This is a SCAM!  Per AT&T, NO NOTIFICATION CENTER AND NO EMPLOYEE WITH THAT NAME OR NUMBER.  Don't give then any information...none, nada, nothing!!!!

Call multiple times a day when no one is in the office, never leave messages.

This number has called my place of business several times and hangs up. When I called the number, I got a recording saying leave a message. Who does this number belong to?

This number calls almost every day and hangs up as soon as you answer the phone.

This number calls our daycare multiple times a day.  They either hang up or there is a dial tone when we answer.  When you call the number back I got a recording to leave a message.  We left one and said we would like to be placed on their do not call list, but they still keep calling!  Any suggestions??

I got a call from this number the other day and spoke to someone who said they were from at&t and they could lower my bill they told me what I had so I believed them.  They told me at&t had a wholesale plan to businesses for telephone service call Birch.  I asked again if they were from at&t and they told me they were.   They finally hung up on me after I wouldn't through a recorded confirmation call to switch to their phone plan.  I did more research and found out this is some telemarketing company out in Las Vegas called Advanced Integrated Communications.  You can look them up on ripoff report and find out about all the scams they are pulling.  After that I'd report them to the FCC and stop these rip off artists from calling you.

I screen my business line calls, so when I don't answer,they hang up.  This is what happened with them/

Called and when I answered with the business info they hang up.  Calling back gives you two options: 1.) Take us off the list, or 2.) Leave a message for an agent.

Yet another call from them today, this time when I asked to be removed from the list the guy on the phone wanted to argue that "You don't even know why we're calling". I assume it is just to annoy the piss out of me.

My business has been getting calls from numbers in the 800s for a while now from AT&T because of a previous employee getting a cellphone in the company name and then not paying the bill. I've kindly explained the situation several times and on the last call told them I wouldn't be answering again. Now, I'm getting a call from this number and haven't answered yet. A couple of days ago a company came onto our property and marked the underground electrical lines. When I asked what was going on, the guy said that they would be adding a thicker cable on the electrical posts and that they would be back to run more anchor cables to it onto our property. He was very hurried and rude and I had to practically follow him around and ask him a barrage of questions to get any info out of him at all. I assumed his company was hired by Progress Energy, so I called them and they took my info to make an appointment for someone to talk to me in the next 2-3 business days so that we can discuss where on the property to put the anchor cable. I don't know if any or all of this is related, so let me know if anyone else has experienced these things too and I will keep you posted on what happens.

Another hang up call from them today

They call several times a day saying that they are from AT&T and they want to do an upgrade to our lines and help us to save money and they only want to verify the name of the business, address, etc. But i never do because i'm not authorize to do that so i ask for someone to speak to my dad in spanish but they do not ever have someone that speaks it and witch i know AT&T does have and after that they just hang up. How can i make them stop?

Another two calls from them today. Both hang ups - two differnt people answered the phone so it's not just my voice. ;-)

Boy we've been getting a lot of fake AT&T calls lately. Call from this number today was a hang up.

you are right i use at&t and never got these calls  this is a scam  kuss them out and tell never to call you ever again

We are a not-for-profit business and I get these calls very often.  Sometimes they say they are from AT&T and want to inform me that their has been a change on our account.  Sometimes they want to tell me they want to help us save money on our bill.  With this number, it says Birch 1-786-4783 and I get no answer.  I can hear a disconnect on the other end of the line but my phone line is still connected.  What is up with that?  I tried to put it on call block and was not able to.  This is a government affiliated not for profit.....I'm sure this must be illegal.  Maybe get a state attorney to look into it?

We get 8-10 calls a day from this number.  Our caller ID reads BIRCH.  They never leave a message and I quit answering the phone when I see BIRCH.  It's very frustrating.  From reading all the post from everyone else, I now see that it's a scam.  Isn't there any thing that you can do to stop these people from calling???

They call the office so often we know the caller ID as a 'waste of time' caller.  When we answer, there is no one on the other end.  

I called the number and got immediately directed to a voicemail.  Maybe if we all call them back and leave nonsensical messages, they might change tactics.

Just received a call from this number on our business line that comes into our home.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message and went to this site to see if any reference had been made by any other irritated people and guess what?!!  Not one minute later, call came in on a business line forwarded to our home number and low and behold the same number came up with the same caller id, BIRCH.  All I did was answer with the business name and when the guy said hello I just told him to take the number off his calling list.  Surprisingly enough, all he said was "I sure will" and then I hung up.

Thanks to our so-called elected officials there isn't a DNC registry for businesses because they don't want to step on anyone's toes that might be able to contribute to their reelection in the future.  Solicitors of any type (scam or not) are allowed to call businesses.  If I'm needing a company to do business with, I'll contact them when I'm ready (but first I'll probably research the company on the internet).  It's a situation of "Don't call me, I'll call you." type of things.

same as everyone else, calls all day and nobody on the line. I call back and #1 to be put on the do not call list-- I even tried #2 but you have to leave name and number not gonna do that... they call enough!!

i just got a live person and asked if they work for AT&T she said yes several times. She told me that there is a $15 increase in the monthly bill. I complained to her and she wouldn't continue her little speech.
I said well then the FCC will be very happy to know that you called and this is a fraud call and her name this time was Summer... she was going to connect me to someone who can explain what's going and poof dial tone what a scam.
I have reported to the fcc, bbb and to AT&T I worked for ATT for many years and this is not how they conduct business and they took my complaint and you can put a freeze on your accounts to block anybody changing your service which means you have to call AT&T for any changes this is a free service and you should call them anyway about every quarter to see if you can save money on your bill. Don't forget about the National DONOTCALL registry that helps if they continue to call.
I was told that if you grunt in a positive way on these calls they will change your local or long distance service with high costs and you won't know what hit you!!
I hope they catch these people!!
