Got this message of some lady saying that they need forced collection from me from not paying a credit card.(I don't even own a credit card)and I called the number they told me to call which was 877-669-0522. When I called, the call was answered by a very rude woman. I told her,"Hello,I just received a call from a number telling me to call this one,I don't own any-(She interrupted me by yelling saying,"Is this the number you were called from???!!!!" I said,"yes" she said it belonged to the man who the number I have was registered to,she was asking me if I know him,I said,"no" she said rudely "Fine! I'll take your number off the list so you won't get called anymore" but they have not only called my number, they have called my mother's,my brothers',and my friends all about the same person.

I keep getting these calls also, they just started. I have never had a credit card with Capital One. I just don't answer the phone. They leave a message stating that I am a person of interest in a law suit, and I better call them back. In there dreams.

I keep getting calls from this number and leaving messages on phones of my friends and my personal phones. I don't have any capital one cards or any credit cards for that fact. The message states that if I don't call back or answer their calls that they will take action without me being present. I just don't know how they got numbers of my friends and my personal cell phone when i don't use those numbers.

I have been getting these calls all the time with the same issues as others. No name, robot man with angry voice, taking action...of what? I have no idea! They say they have my social security number. I saw other people said it was from capital one. I don't even do business with them! I'm on the donotcall list, but they still call! Ugh!

Yeah, I keep getting calls from this number too and it's really annoying! The voice sounds like it's a machine (mans voice) and will occasionally say something like i failed to comply with directions, and now they are going to take actions, and that I need to see him in his office. - States no name or anything

This is ridiculous. My family and I recently moved back into the home we've owned for 5 years, and this phone number calls about 5 times a day with it's extremely harrasing/threatening message. I always just hung up but today I pressed a button as the 'creeper' directs you to do at the end of his recorded message. I was connected to a woman who was extremely rude and asked me to look up the definition of 'harrassment'. She was calling for the man who rented out our house a few months ago. I could get no information out of her regarding the company she was calling from, but the area code is Miami. I googled the number and got this message board. Is there any way to get these people to stop calling? My house number is already registered on Do Not Call (ps: does this even work?).

Calls and a man's voice demands that you press 1 now. The number shows up on caller I.D. and says Florida. I called it back and a female operator answered, "Global International" and how could she direct my call. I complained that they had just called me, and she asked for my number. I refused to give it and said I didn't appreciate their odd message. She said if I didn't press 1 the calls would continue, and if I didn't give my number they couldn't verify that I wasn't the person they were looking for. It sounded ominous but I refused to give info. Don't know who this group is with a generic name like Global International but I warned people not to fall for what I'm sure is a scam of some sort.

They call me 2-3 times per week. For the first month, they were very cryptic, saying that I had a limited time to resolve "my issue" with not details as to who they are or what the "issue" was. On the second month, the man on the recorded message identified himself as "Mr. Kareshi" and that my continued decisions to not return his phone calls was going to result in "termination of my options." Out of roughly 20 messages left, they have yet to identify my first or last name, or what "issue" they have with me. Seems like a scam to me.

I keep getting these calls 20 times a day saying my deceased mother owes them money and its my responsibility to pay up.
I told them go to the cemetary and ask my mother to write a check! then I slammed down the phone.
They call every 20 minutes, driving me insane. Now I just pick up the phone and shut it off

The voice is a machine (mans voice) and says i failed to comply with directions, and now they are going to take actions, but first they must speak to me and to do so press 1. the message NEVER SAYS WHO THEY ARE & never says what it is about I do not have anything in collection or past due and a number of my friends have gotten this call and we get the same call at work again with no collections or past dues. very annoying to have this coming into home phones, cell phones and business phones.

No name left, called my work place and cell number at the same time. I called the number and the man was rude, had his own caller ID and would not say who he or his company was.

I have been getting these calls for the longest time and they are both annoying and frequent. The calls refer to an "unresolved issue". As to what that "issue" is is beyond my knowledge. And because of the lack of information they give in their robocalls, these folks seem to be a generic type of scumbag scamming outfit trying to scare up a sucker to wring money out of. I also notice that the guy in the recording takes on three personalities. He is Mr. Karechi, Mr. Rayban, and Mr. Mitchell all rolled into one. It is the same guy only changing his voice slightly. Pretty pathetic, really. I would love to flood their phone lines with calls giving them an ear full and turning the matter over to law enforcement as well. Maybe someday these buzzard breaths will give up and quit calling. After all, the pressure is on them and sooner or later the authorities will catch up with them. I can hold out a lot longer than they can.

I suspect it is a telemarketing scam
