I just got a call from the same number but they pick up and hang up its anoying

Called at 6:30 am on 4/30/2012.  They are lucky I get up at 4 am.  Blocked them from future calls.  Usually I just forward my number to an unlisted number, but had not bothered to at this early hour.  Now they are blocked permanently!

Oh my goodness how many times do I have to tell this number to take me of thier calling list and to stopcalling me!!  I never asked anyone to call me for this and when i tell them im not interested and to please never to call me again, they are still trying to ask me questions as if they never heard me.  So then i have to just hang up.  Very rude people.

Person talked to my voicemail system: Hello...pause...hello....pauses again and hangs up

This annoying number call my cell phone every two days and I'm getting really fed up.  How can I make it where he can't call me anymore?  Anyone please!

Number calls everyday at about 6pm and never leaves a message. Getting tired of them calling.

Do not call list..? Oh please, that equals; Please call me, I enjoy being harassed.

Reporting these A-Holes to the National DO NOT CALL List is a waste of time!  They do NOTHING and the annoying calls keep coming.

Do what I've done.... When answering, say in your deepest strongest voice.... (Your State) State Police, What is your emergency?  If they actually answer they will most likely not acknowledge what they just heard so you may have to repeat yourself.  THEY DON'T KNOW that you are NOT actually your state's police force but this will scare the crap out of whoever is calling and they should remove you from their calling list.  It's worked for me before and it should work for others.  Hey, they're trying to TRICK you, so you should do the same thing to them!

These people have been getting on my last nerve, they are so annoying and I wish that they would leave me alone! I dont want any of their so called education services, I already have a degree! Why are they bothering me, I wish they would just get a life!

I just sent an email warning that they are in violation of the National Do Not Call List and threatened to report them if they did not stop calling.

Received call.  Did not take call.  No voicemail. 11:36 am on March 27, 2012.  this is an unsolicited marketing call.  Since registering with Best Buy for a gift card, I have received numerous calls and text messages for marketing unrelated products.

I picked up the phone (cell)  the first or second call that I got, and politely told the representative that I was not interested in what they were offering, and to please not call me again. Since then, I have received multiple calls and no messages left. I just went to the web site and entered my number on the do not call list. Let's hope it is not a way for them to collect live numbers and sell them!

Firstly, it only  takes a MINOR with unlimited internet access to sign up, a lot of sites like scholarship.com. Even if you are on a DNC list, you may not remember doing it ( who remembers everything they do on the net) you gave electronic permission for them and others to call. Third. It only takes up too 72 hours to get you out of one schools system. So if there are multiple colleges calling, have some decency to not yell they are just doing their jobs per YOUR REQUEST. Remember that when you go to certain places to look for jobs and grants there are career training placeslisted on there. Quit being lazy and read what you are signing up for, and YES, there are ways to bypass the colleges. Fourthly please remember others might have put their name but made up a number with the same area code of the state you are in and coincidentally it is your 9 yearold son or daughters. YOUR KID IS 9 THEY CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR THERE AND THEY'RE. THEY DON'T NEED A CELL PHONE. BE A PARENT AND TAKE AN EFFORT LIKE YOUR PARENTS DID TO BE A PART OF THEIR LIVES SO THAT YOU KNOW WHERE THEY'RE AT. So if your spoiled sons or daughters are receiving calls first think have they been messing around on the internet. Then answer the phone and let the person actually ASK FOR WHOM THEY ARE LOOKING. So that way instead of being rude, you can say you have the wrong number please don't call again. Come on people common courtesy, everyone hates their jobs but colleges who call hate theirs a lot.

there's one girl who sounds like she's in 4th grade apologizing that we didn't recognize their number but if you want to get off the list press whatever.  When you do the automated voice is a woman who is about to die or just did. I'm going to figure out how to block these people  The do not call list seems to mean jack.

Has called multiple times at work over the past few days, left no message or incomprehensible. I picked up once and the caller tried to persuade me that I had ordered a blood-testing kit for diabetics.  (I had not, I am not).  He had some knowledge of my email address, but parsed it incorrectly in figuring out my name, and had me in the wrong building.  Very rude, would not hang up.

I AM GOING TO DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TURN ALL THESE NUMBERS IN. IT CRAZY TO GET UP TO 3 AND 4 CALLS A DAY. AND THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE, SO THAT JUST TELLS ME THERE UP TO NO GOOD.

Someone from this phone number is calling my MINOR daughters cell phone. She doesn't give out her number to people she doesn't know. Neither of us know who this number belongs to or how they got it. Should be illegal for them to call minors they don't know. Its CREEPY!!

Called my DNC cell phone, rang three times and hung up.

I just called it back, it calls me at the same time every night. Of course it's automated.  It said to press 1 to put my number on the do not call registry... I pressed 1... nothing happened the voice kept going, i waited til she was done and tried again... still nothing... EFFING RIDICULOUS!!!!!

This # called me at 7am. How disrespectful!

I just called it back and the recorded message gives you the option to add your number to their do not call list. It tells me to type in my number, I did that. Then it says you entered, if this is correct press 1. It doesn't repeat the number though! So I'm sure they are going to keep calling me... Great.

When you call this number back it said to press 1 to add your number to the list  FOR what if you can call me all day then i guess you already added my number to the list. I am an old lady so why would i need to go and further my education i already have one!!

Everyday three times a day I get a phone call from this number 786 358 6918, it is annoying and harassing to say the least when the caller refuses to leave a message; therefor I refused to answer it and let my answering system do it for me. They get annoyed and hang up, isn't there any way of preventing these types of calls even when your on the *no call lists*? Surely the American way is better than putting up with these *has beens* ...

This is a college or degree matching service for those seeking to get or further their education.  If you're getting a phone call from them you either entered your phone number somewhere for free information or to bypass a signup page (maybe you've forgotten you did so?), someone entered THEIR number incorrectly, or you just got a number that belonged to someone who signed up for their services.  Either way, they're f****ng annoying and you can tell them time and time again that you're not interested and to please remove you from their call list but they continue to call and finally someone says - "Well, it can take up to 30 days to be removed from our system." Really? It takes you 2 seconds to get me in your system and start blowing up my phone but somehow it takes a full calendar month to remove me?
