I wouldn't worry much about it, I received a call much like yours.  My boyfriend is an attorney and he stated that, anyone who is going to sue you wouldn't give you a warning/ heads up.  It's a scam.  If you can block their number.  

I just recieved a call from this number. 785-475-3795. The lady spoke so fast I had to listen three times to understand. She stated she was with American eagle processing center and I had to call the 785 number back or I would be served. I am not sure what to do. I tried to call the number back, but no one answered. This is insane I do not owe anyone. my husband is disablied and if someone showed up to serve us he would freak. The number that called and left the message was a 888-8888 that is what came up on my caller ID. Should I be worried? I talked to my local department of finance and they stated that this number could not do business here in my state. Then why are they calling? I am on the no call list.

You talk about bums and back doors.  Are you perhaps a recent escapee from a men's correctional institute?

Received a call from 786-475-3795 didn't recognize the number so let it go to voicemail. A woman who talked really fast told me that she worked for American Eagle Processing and that on Dec 23, 2013 I was going to be served between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If I was not available they would go to my place of employment and my superviser would have to sign for this summons. On the plus side at least I could understand this scammer verses the ones who call from India.

Please return to the rock you crawl out from under maggot.  Glad you admitted to being a scammer.  By the way, as long as sites like this are raising consumer awareness fewer and fewer folks are going to get scammed by criminals.  There ain't going to be a summons for anyone you call.  I would address you "back door" comment, but this is a family orientated site ;)

Oh, wait, I hear that their scam debt collection business isn't going too well these days since they keep getting outed here, so some of them are providing "service" for five bucks over on the street corner.
