1st call they claimed to be "Gloria Aguilar" (cosmetic company, I've previously used), they said I was one out of ten who had won a 1,000 gift card to use anywhere + some coupons for future orders. I agreed because I had previous bought from Gloria Aguilar. The 2nd call they said they were also sending products worth  $500.00, but i had to pay $150.00 in cash or money order, this is were i got suspicious and called Gloria Aguilar they told me they were NOT giving such a price. 3rd call they were upset cause I had not picked up the package, I told them I had verified some information and they were not whom they claimed. Then they said the companies name was "Natural Life" and that I was in a verbal agreement to pay them. They have been harassing me for the past 2-3 weeks. Now they are telling me I will be sued for not picking up the package.

Thanks so much for uR help,  I didn't even think it possible for them to expect me to pay them $1200 for a package I never even picked up. It was stated that it was a prize but this has never felt like one.!!!

Demand that they validate the debt they are calling about, this so-called "attorney's" bar number and furnish proof they are licensed to collect debts in your State. If they refuse, inform them that you are reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission, your State's Attorney General's office and the Florida Attorney General's Office and hang up.

I've just had the excact same thing happen,  they have been getting nastier & nastier with every phone call, last person who left a msg (Cuz i stopped answering their calls) claims to be a Natural Lite lawyer who is also Fielding a sute against me. I'll admit it does have me spooked.  Any suggestions on how I can handle this matter. I'm overwhelmed ... some prize this turned out to be!!!!
