I received a call from my phone staff stating a man named Mike Johnson called stating he had a warrant for my arrest!!!  He asked to speak with me.. I immediately received the message but was in the process of also answering my private cell with the exact same person. I told him he was calling and being recorded. As he was speaking I googled him and found he was a Scammer. BEWARE!!  Do not give them any information or money! I have no idea how he received my phone numbers but some how has..

Okay, so i've been for some time getting calls from this number, always just ignore them.  A couple of days ago i actually picked up and spoke to a "Mike Johnson" from some random law firm.  He tells me that they are going to issue a warrant for my arrest, they are going to report to my employer so that they can terminate my employment.  I had a couple of fraud/identity theft cases in the last couple of years and thought that perhaps this had something to do with that, so I atttentavely listened to what they had to say.  What threw me off the entire time was the HEAVY middle eastern accent yet Mike Johnson and the other man I spoke with "Benjamin Jones" had american names, not common?!?  Perhaps im stereotyping, but it didnt feel right. So, I told them I would call them back after they demanded $1045.26 from me, they wanted the money wired to them because my back account is in "negative standing". I dont even have that same account!  I called a criminal attorney and gave them the info i recieved on the phone and they advised me to file a police report and not to send them any money as they are scammers.  I kind of already knew this, yet a tiny part of me couldnt help but wonder if in fact it had anything to do with my fruad case in the past, I mean these people had ALL of my information.  I mean work, social, address,  and were deligent about calling every possible number, as i came to find out later in the day.  See Mike Johhnson called me after my work shift and he and i got into a heated argument.  I told him that if he were an attorney, why is he so keen on getting my money, i mean if he takes me to court he'll get 8x more money. Why is he arguing with me if all he has to do is file the paperwork and get me fired and take me to court or have me arrested, why is he wasting his time talking to me??  He was livid and started cursing right back.  I told him to stop calling me, he is a scammer, i reported him and will document every single phone call he makes and have proof of every message he leaves me.  He stopped calling after the 22nd phone call I ignored and then he called my boss.  He called my boss to tell him i am "a criminal" and i should be terminated, that i am involved in illegal activity and that involved in fraud claims.  Thankfully, my boss's sarcasm played in and he had a comback for every stupid comment this guy made. He got nowhere with this, thank god my boss likes me! lol  

This morning he calls again, only he asks for my co-worker and when I tell him she's not in, he then asks me if I remember him, so again, i tell him off, tell him that he is harrassing me at work and i have witnesses to it and a recording and then he changes his story saying he's calling for his "girlfriend" -my coworker he spoke with yesterday after i left the office. I am very sickened by this.  This has got to stop, there is no reason why anyone should be scrutinzed in such a way, at home, cell let alone at work!!  I can handle anyone f****ng with me on a personal level, calling my home or cell, but when they f*** with my job...thats where i get nasty.  I am way beyond pissed and plan on filing every possible report.  I just dont understand how someone can go around raising false accusations and literally involving everyone around you. To everyone reading this, file reports, fight back, lets get these a***oles!

I received a call from this number for an employee of mine. I asked him to stop calling and he said if I told him what color my panties are he wouldn't call again.

LOL...I felt like getting another good laugh, so I actually called them back.  He said his name is Curtis Jackson.  Then he asks me if Im a nig***???  I was like 'Excuse me???'  I heard him, I just wanted him to have the balls to say it again.  'Are you a negro?  Are you a negro girl?  You sound like a negro girl, and your voice is so sexy.  I like negro girls...'  You would think I would have hung up, but I didn't because I wanted to get more info on who these people are.  They did say a payday loan co was filing suit against for not paying a loan back.  This guy knew my social, my employer's name and where I stay.  Thats not funny.  He asked me to pay $350 back-I guess Im supposed to western union it like an idiot.  Lol.  Of course, Im not doing that.  I asked if they had the contact info for this payday company so I can deal with them directly, he refused to give it to me.  He refused to give me any so called info on my debt, which any debt collector is mandated to give to you when making a collection call (I know; I worked collections before).  This company is bogus.  I want to call the police in Florida and turn these sickos in.  I wonder how many people have sent them money thinking they were clearing a debt and were being swindled.

Lol...I just woke up to this call.  They gave me the same line about needing a lawyer because there was a lawsuit being filed against my name and social.  So I ask what the case is about, and I get transferred to some sort of supervisor.  I guess because I didnt sound scared or threatened enough, I asked him who is filing a suit against me.  Then I asked him if the company was legitimate or not, and I guess I ticked him off, because then he said...'you can contact your local police dept and see if we're legit.  I got your name and social number and I'm gonna make your life a living hell.  I f*** with those who f*** with me...'  Then he hung up the phone...lol.  Is this for real?  I'm not even threatened.

The same thing just happened to me a man named Mike called and stated I had a cash advance for $250 and if I did not pay I would be arrested.

I also received a call today from the same man but Jim "Davis". He did give me a case number, said we were being taped.  Said I had violated Federal Law, Banking Laws and something else, all associated with a $500 advance.  Said I needed to have an attorney contact him by 5 pm.  I am sure I have done nothing.  He wanted additional information regarding my place of work, etc, which I would not give to him.  He had a thick accent and said his paralegal called and left the message and had been working with me, which he hadn't.  I stated I had not received anything regarding any of this and if he had charges against me then he would need to serve me, he hung up.  He was very threatening, I feel terrible that he could be harassing someone who might actually believe him. This is just terrible and it does make me feel better that I'm not the only one!

He is usung curtis jackson with uis and they keep calling and threatening us saying that we defaulted on apayday loan in april that was deposted in our account in january well we have only had this account since MARCH!! Nice try. They also use the name brian oliver and call from a different number. I had an attorney friend call them and they almost died right there on the phone. the best part is that they even have my account number wrong! Do not know if I made the typo the one time I applied for a pay day loan (never recieved it) or if they are just that stupid. I have contacted my bank and they said that there is niothing there for me. The guy told me that it was Cashnet usa and american payday select. He said american payday select has over 6 thousand comapnies and he does not know what comapny it was or where the mioney went but that they deposited 200 into my account and to stop the actionit will cost me 5,000! ha ha ha ha ha ha tyhis was on fox news yesterday (6-20-2012) please no one be stupid enough to pay these people any thing it is a scam and I am pressing the fraud and harrasment charges on them!

I just got this same phone call!! They have been calling me and I havent been answering. So today they left a message saying you have 3 criminal charges filed against me! I was WHAAAATT??! They said it had to do with a cash advance that I received...which I filled out apps on the internet, but never received anything! I dont have a bank account like they require..so needless to say he wouldn't give me the reason why I was getting "sued" nor did he tell me who was "sueing" me! I then told him I was going to call the police..I hung up called the police, and called "Mike Johnson" back,a nd he called me a posistute, and to f*** off in his middle eastern voice! This number is related to the number 213-293-8175 the caller also uses the name Ricky Martin.  I have called this and the opther number, if you ask for one of the names he has used in the past, but he answered with a different one, he will say that he is that person's supervisor and they are not available.

I told him I was Curtis Jackson he told me to f off hung up then called back and said I'm going to jail, and hung up again

It's my first time to received this messages and they threatened me that they received a complaint and they will arrest me it's regarding my loan but i paid my loan on time, he is an indian accent and his name is mike johnson, how will i complaint this people

I just got the same call from Mike Johnson stating that he was an attorney and that I never repaid a payday loan. Problem is that I have never received funds for a payday loan. He told me that it will be filed by 4pm today in my state and that it is not his fault if I go to Jail. What the heck??? Who are these people???

I just received a call from this nymber advising me that I would be arrested!  I do owe a debt from 2006, but have not been able to pay it.  Is this Indian accented man legit?

Same type of message regarding "a case pending".  Asked for case number and what county it was filed in.  Unable to provide it to me and stated "it is going to be filed".  Asked "how do you have a case number then?"  I work for the state of Texas and this a___ made the mistake of calling my state issued line which has recording ability.  Fight back at their own game by asking a lot of questions.  Case number, address, tax ID of their company, attorney license number, names, ask them to provide you with "charge".  We are smarter than to fall for this stuff! There is no "debtors" jail.  There is no "don't pay your credit card jail".  Failure to pay something is a civil issue...NOT CRIMINAL.   Don't give them ANY personal information.  Let them know you are recordning their call as well.

I just got a call from them as well.  I called back as was told that I needed to provide an attorney's name and contact information to send "legal documents".  I informed the caller that this call was also being recorded on my end.  They became very irritated with me, threatned me with "further actions" and said that I was "getting smart" with them.  Then they hung up.

Wow, I just got a phone call from the same person a eastern indian accent named VICTOR BENJAMIN from the law office JOHN RIDER this person stole my information and now I'm on my way to the hospital just because this person call my daughter phone and he say the I have only 2 Hrs to go to any Walmart, Radio Shack or CVS Pharmacy, and I have to send him a $500 or she is going to have to go to visit me in  jail, come on she is only 8yrs old and asthmatic.
