This is fraud.  I fell victim as well.  Called themselves GMITT.

I'm sorry but the person and business associated to this phone number is a scam artist and fraudster - when someone calls you and tells you, unsolicited, that you have problems with YOUR personal computer, warning bells and sirens should go off.

Hang up on them.  If you didn't call them or anyone else about a computer problem, then they don't get your time.

I'm sorry ma'am, but you're going to need to check your bank statements for whatever card you did use, it may be compromised.  And - You're computer is not going to be virus or malicious software free for life. There is no such thing.

Hi this is Judy and I got a call yesterday claiming that i have a problem with my computer and it was very scary because this was the first time somebody calling me about my computer and he told me that some malicious file has downloaded on my hard-drive and i trusted him, his name was Mark Smith and he took the access of my computer and he shows all those unwanted bugs and then I trusted him and I have also took the services from them by paying only $ 151.00 for lifetime and my computer is risk free now I am very happy with this company. I would like to thank the Microsoft Certified Expert ( Mr Mark Smith ).
