my number was a little different but still the same fraud   my number was 786-358-5655 - my checking account was debited 5.10 - company description Witifile.co    my bank tells me the only way to stop is to issue a new debit card - which means I not only cannot stop payment a debit card transaction, but i will be without the use of my card for 7-10 business days.  this is ridiculous.    when I try to call back the number, I get a recorded message saying they do not recognize my number.  I have blocked the number on my cell phone...  not sure what else i can do.

Pedro you are obviously a nut, I suggest you look closely at Rick Drew's police record at the Kissimmee Police Department, he was a stellar officer that was highly repsected within his profession and he is an incredible Westgate employee who cares deeply about his staff

Regarding Rick Drew and his being responsible for these calls you are mnistaken, a rouge marketing broker was making these calls and he was supervised by the corp office in Orlando, however Rick Drew did had him fired as soon as he was made aware of his telemarketing tactics

I worked with Rick Drew at Westgate and can assure you that he can care less, he is an ex crooked cop who was given a job at Westgate by the owner as a personal favor. His business experience is non existent and his people skills are extremely poor......So dont expect him to respect any laws or hold any morals.

Yes, they do hang up if you call and ask for information.  They use the slimey tactic of continually asking you if you "understood" the recording.  Heavy Spanish accents.

OK ....I answered the phone call and played stupid so I could find out who they were...and this is it.

The company claims to be "WestGateHotels" with a less than impressive or plausible website at westgate.com

They are offering time shares. They do a timeshare presentation every Wednesday through Sunday at the Westgate hotel on Collins Ave in Miami, between 3PM and 6 PM

They want you to come to the presentation with the promise of a free give away. Sounds like a scam.....How do we shut these guys down ??? Any thoughts  ????

I'm really pissed that they keep calling my phone, assuming I will pick up the tab. How do we put an end to this IMMEDIATELY ???

I got a call from a guy and told him he had the wrong number. Now I get one to two calls a week. They do not say anything and to not leave messages. This is very annoying.  I looked the phone number up on the white and yellow pages.  The number is unlisted and on the corner of s.w. 27th ave and s. bayshore dr.  The provider is RNK and it is a landline.  Going to report this to the Federal Trade Commission. (FTC).

They have called me several times over the last few weeks, I am also on the DNC list...

When you look up the address in Miami on Google the closest look up is at the same address in suite 304 Morningside Mortgage Corporation and when you call the 305 number they have listed it too is no longer in service.

They called me today and I had the cell on silent so I guess I missed it! What a shame!!!! NOT! Anyway, I don't know who they are but they never called before. I'll mark that up as a wrong number. But here is their info and they are members of the Better Business Florida! Yep! There are places to complain... if not just keep calling them back. We can be annoying too... if you have the time, that is!

We have received calls from this number several times.  THe caller ID does not display the name.  First a young man responded and I told him he had the wrong number.

Well, he/they keep calling back and the last call was a recorded announcement in spanish.

I am annoyed by all the telemarketing and stupid calls we receive.  All the numbers are registered in the DO NOT CALL LIST but they keep calling and nobody does anything about it.
