Received a call from this number. When I called it back a guy named Rick would not tell me who he was calling for. He kept asking for my name and number. Of course, I would not give it to him.

Keep getting calls from this number and don't know why.

I keep getting calls from this number, which I do not answer.  I have filed a complaint with FCC.  I am on the "do not call" registry.  I also have a pay day loan with ACE, which I regret ever having done, and will NEVER do again.

Thanks for the info... I also recently did a payday loan with Ace... I get between 5-7 calls from them per day.  They leave a "voice msg" but it's nothing but static.  I do not return the call.  Once I get this thing paid out I will not be doing it again...

I decided to call this number after I found out it was ACE, and that they had repeatedly called my cell phone with no information.; When I called, the automated voice politely told me that I would be answered by a representative. I waited for a long period of time, until the automation finally hung up on me.

I am going through a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, due, in no small part, to the outrageous interest rates that these and other places charge.  I sent them a certified letter that I am represented by an attorney for the Bankruptcy and that ALL communication is to go to the attorney and NOT to me.  The Bankruptcy lawyer informed me that once I have retained an attorney, it is ILLEGAL for a creditor to contact you directly for any reason.  I am keeping track of these calls as they can be fined $5,000.00 by the F.C.C. for EACH call that they make to me directly after an attorney has been retained.

I keep receiving calls from this number in the middle of the day when I am at work and they don't leave a message.  It's non-stop.  Very Annoying!

Yes, this is Ace cash express, they were calling to do a recent survey about the last visit I made in their store for a payday loan. They do not leave messages, just keep auto-dialing your number until you answer!

I had to call Ace Customer Service at this #: (888) 753-2384 and wait through the prompts to reach a customer service representative.  I told them that I have received numerous computer generated marketing calls and wanted to know if there was a way to stop that from happening.  She said she would need to know my name and phone number, so I gave it to her.  She said that she would remove me from the list.

They are so f!$%** annoying. They have called leaving threatnning messages. PLease guys dont get a loan from the. U ge a 300 dollar loan you will be paying dang near over 1000....They add all their fees AND INTERSTS.Some just dont have the money to pay all of it back all at once. They are so rude worse company ever dealt with. I hope the senate in texas pass that billl over where they cant charge hi interests..hopefully close all their business

I get the same phone call from them daily and all I get is a recorde message saying visit myacefile.com I have done business with them they can be very rude and threatning Now they are calling from a texas number telling me its in my best interest to contact them by a certain time on a certain day

Ace Cash Express has been calling my daughter's phone for quite a few months, now.  They would leave automated voicemails and do it frequently.  Same company, but a different phone number.  I called them today, and it took a while to get to talk to someone.  When I got somebody to talk to, and explained that my daughter is a 14 year old minor, they were very nice and removed her from their list.  What I think happens sometimes is, people fill out an application for a loan and just give any old number.  The lady who looked into this, told me that a man had this number.  I let her know that that can't be right because my girl has had her phone # for a long time.  Someone probably just gave a # off the top of their head or something. We'll see if this is straightened out now.

I got a call and asked the rep to identify herself. She said due to the privacy act she could not. So I said due to my privacy I would not give her any information and hung up. I called the number back and to the rep that answered about the recent situation and asked her to remove me from their list and to never call me again cause they are so annoying. Good riddance.
