There's a very nasty man who calls my house telling me that he has a judgment against me.  The number that comes up is 800-214-5381.  I asked him from what company and court and he could not tell me.  I told him I had no outstanding matters that I have overlooked.  He said, "when are you going to pay back the people's money that you have used?"  Outrageous!  I have no collections and I have no judgments filed against me in any court.  I've filed a complaint with the do not call registry.

I tore into a guy name Joe Jones looking for someone name Harrell. Don't know WTF they are calling me for, I told him no one buy that name lives here or ever lives here and to stop calling my number. He never identified whom he was, I really don't care. He best not call back again, or I will file a complaint all the way up the chain to get his attention.  Sick of these collection agencies random calls.

Received a call from this number.  I returned it and was talked down to and told I just needed to pay my bills when I asked what the matter was about.  Finally got him to tell me it was in regard to a debt from 2004 for a creditor I don't know of.  I explained to him that the Statute of Limitations for Georgia is 6 years, and that even if it were my debt, that is FAR PAST his legal right to be calling me and his harassing messages needed to stop.  I also asked him to give me his address or fax number so that I could send a certified cease and desist letter.  He refused to give me any information, and continued to be incredibly rude.  I proceeded to tell him I have a very high credit score and that I just purchased a house with a 3.25% interest rate - by my self, no cosigner - so does he really think that debt is mine.  He stumbled for words and then agreed I do have a great credit score, and that the debt was from 2004 and maybe I forgot.  To which I explained again, even if it were my debt - though it's not - that he was far past the 6 years and that he needed to stop harassing me and that I'd be reporting him to the police.  This was the only call I've received, and I don't anticipate receiving anymore.

He is some bottom dweller collection attorney, looking to make life miserable for those less fortunate.
Basically he feeds his family by taking from those in financial trouble.
