I did get a phone call from 1-800-214-7816 and they say that they are making an investigation and at the time I or my attorney contact them they will tell in detail about the case number P4203782.
my suggestion is that we must have to go to court together all of us who got this kind of treating calls and sue them for economic harrasment.

Woman named Mary Scott called asking for my step-mother saying that she was from CRS and that they need to hear from her or her attorney and she was documenting the call. They knew my step-mother's name, my name but not my father's. Mary Scott said she was associated with Capitial One and when asked for her Better Business Bureau Number she studdered and she refused to give it to me.

Better watch these people. called our number and said they were working on a loan application for us. We had no loan in process. They knew my name also husbands.  They need to be reported to someone.

This number 8002147816 has threatened that we owe 100000 dollars and pretended he was an attorny. I most definitly do not owe any money on anything. He said that he worked for the CRS and tried to frame us for a debt. This number is a fraud. Do not trust this number.

I've just received a call from a women at 1(800)214-7816 claiming her name was karen parker. she was agressive and just plain mean trying to get money from a loan on an escort car that never existed. when I ask for any information on it she got meaner and said I had my second chance and she was putting the paper work on an attorneys desk. This women is nothing but fraud just trying to get money
she uses a bunch of diffrent alias. She never said what company she worked for.

I receive calls on a regular basis from this number.  This time they called from a  private phone number and a Karen Clark was calling about claim #2885965.  She said legal papers would be filed regarding this matter.  I recognized the 800 number she provided.  Do not owe anyone any money or for any account.

I see the caller was: Sharon Parker, the lady who called my work said her name is Mary Parker.
The company was stated as either Asset Investigations or Asset Management, my message taker didn't quite get the name.

Ewwww, these people are just mean and nasty that called from 800-214-7816.
I voluntary turned in my automobile as a voluntary reposession.
( Actually there is no such thing, they do not come take the car untill the payments are behind by two ro three months. )
Due to hours cut from my income at work, I didn't have a choice.
The autow was auctioned, and I was owing the difference.
The credit collections company was allowing me to pay $100.00/mo for nearly 9 months.
I then was cut more hours at work and had to postpone a payment.
Suddenly they're after me with a mean-ness unwarranted.
The new batch of calls are truly different, meaner, and out for blood it seems.
I told the first mean lady that I was recording our phone sation because I work at a radio station, and she told me that it was inadmissable in court.
The deal is, if I record the call, I have to let them know, and state this: " am recording our conversation. If you do not agree to this recording please hang-up and correspond by US Postal Service."
These folks are quite mean. They drive my blood pressure up very high quickly and ruin my day.

they have called me repeatedly to collect a debt not owed and then after I asked for the address to send them a cease and decist letter and that I wanted all correspondences to be kept on paper since they stated we were going to court, "Rachel" then put me on hold and then a man got on and told me "the address is 1234 and the corner of f*** off bi***" then hung up. I tried to phone back and it kept going to voicemail.
