Why can't the authorities and phone companies track these and put a stop to it? Get these calls all of time, and just ignore them. If it is important, leave a message. But . . . I want to block them, well, can't says AT&T without paying a fee and jumping through hoops. These companies that use this tactic must spend more money on cold calls than they actually get in business/thievery. As usual, individual rights suffer but these jokers drive on taking advantage of the system. It is harassment! Sad!

STOP CALLING ME

I got a call from this number. It was a guy trying to get me to invest in building a website through them, and he said that they were associated with Amazon.com.  They are with Streamline Online LLC, and will give you a shuck and jive about a one time special offer. It's just another sales pitch for an at home business by pyramid system.

wont say anything just persistently keep calling and when you try to call back you get a message that the call will not go thru

I have been getting this same call for a month.... only at my mom's house.  Where are they getting these numbers?  I happened to be at my mom's house for the past 2 calls so I answered them and the first time I said that I wasn't there and was instantly hung up on.  The second call (same day) asked who it was that was calling and again was instantly hung up on.  I want to know what kind of company actually calls you and uses your first name, nickname, or whatever you go by, like you and the person on the other end of the line have been besties for the past 12 years!!

Same experience with those mentioned above.  We finally picked up the phone to hear someone from what sounded like a call room asking if we'd like to learn how to take advantage of the millions of dollars being spent and made by sellers each day on Amazon.

I waved madly at my husband to get him to end the call.  Hubs put the call on hold for a moment telling me he just wanted to hear the pitch and find out a company name.  When he came back to the line the person from the call room wouldn't answer repeated questions about who he represented but asked if we had had the opportunity to set up our recording machine and then he hung up.  Scam, ya think?

Obviously someone else who want's to part people from their money... like anyone has any.  Just sayin.  The guys in the call room are pretty thick skinned and I don't think they give a rip about how we as call-recipients feel.  They are just rude, crude knuckle-draggers.  It's a dirty job and I guess someone has to do it.  I'd like the "opportunity" to call these creeps, often and at any time of my choosing tho.

I got a call from some guy in the morning asking me if I wanted to make money online and then started talking about Amazon.  I asked him to hold for a second and I muted the phone so I could put in on speaker so my wife could listen in.  when I got back he said "Well did you get your recorder turned on?"
I told him I didn' t have a recorder and he said "sure "  and hung up on me.

so I did some research and these guys are selling a program for thousands of dollars that sets up websites connected to Amazon's Affiliate program.  Its a total scam.

the number calls me EVERY FRICKEN DAY!!! I AM SO PISSED OFF!! I picked up once, and it said "can I speak to _____" please? and I'm like what? she doesn't live here. And then they hung up. Like seriously?! WTF??!! I swear if they call back I will report this to the police!

This number has called me 10 times in one day! I started ignoring it then answering it and no one says anything and then the phone hangs up.

I have gotten a call from this number every night for the last week and they always call at the same time at 8:19 every night. Usually I don't answer tonight I did and after asking 5 times who they were the person said her name was inanda and that she was from stream a company of amazon.com. when I asked why amazon would be calling me she got very rude and stated that I didn't need to have an attitude with her. Seriously I'm getting harrassed and me asking why I'm being called is me being rude. I than asked her why when I called the number back the number said it was dissconected, she hung up on me. This company is a huge scam. It is illeagl for them to be calling esp on cell phones. They need to be stopped. Everytime the call report them to the federal trade commission they will look into it and hopefully get this company to stop harrassing people. I do not believe these people are affiliated with amazon who has always seemed to be a very reputable company.

I keep getting calls for a deceased member of my household, saying that they are from Amazon .com when I ask them why they keep calling after being notified that member is deceased they get very rude and insulting.

Just received a call - picked it up, the person addressed me by my nickname (not legal name) and the call was disconnected.  I tried calling it back and got the message "your call cannot be completed as dialed..."

I just got a call from this number. When I called it back, I got a message which said "your call cannot be completed as dialed. please check the number and dial again".

no one responded.

Repeated calls no message left.

Who are these people calling my phone? am sick of them calling my phone.
