Ftc.gov The civil courts in New York and Delaware states have some choice litigation to look at. You probably already googled their a***s and can review all that material. If you are getting robocalls, go to nbcnews and search for a story from around August 1, titled "Feds Cracking Down on Rachel Robocalls." They say there's supposed to be a big hearing or summit where people can send all their complaints, and if it's public you might as well spread the word to people who get robocalls to show up and bring their information.

I had a simular call from this number the same situation they even offered me credit cards to send the money kinda funny wouldnt you say ?

I am in the proccess of getting a loan to buy a used car. When the bank investigates, they find that I owe $ 49.00 to Wakovia bank. I have never had an account with Wakovia Bank. when I went to the bank, they told me that the dedt is now with a collection company called RJM Aquacitions.
I did a search for there number on the net and came up with this site. What can I do to fix this mess?

it's actually a real collection agency so i'm to understand. i had an issue with someone actually using my debit card from wachovia to make purchases and they overdrew my account. no one would help me so it's left on me to pay off the debt. wachovia sold my account into collections to this company. some people have reported fraud after dealing with RJM.

I think the company is real. The debts they try to collect may not be. BEWARE!!! The Buffalo and other places in NY are a hotbed of sleazy collectors. See budhibbs.com for more.

its a real number i had to deal w them.they said i owed them money never heard of them i had them take it off my credit report.if anyone needs to get ahold of them call this number

Annoying phone calls from this number. Someone posing as a Dept Collector for the Wachovia, more than likely someone that works at a bank or is making up false debts up to collect illicit funds.
