Bay area credit keeps calling using this (800-223-3739) and a number of different 800 numbers and recordings.  I have spoken with them twice about cease and desist but they say they need it on writing attached to the bill.  That would pretty much mean I was acknowledging the debt which I don't owe.  Stupid!

received a call from this number, did not recognize it, did not answer it
looked it up on Google, comments said was someone from India inregards to old debts. Do not owe anyone and have never owed anyone

Someone calling regarding a "debt"..left a message.  I ignore these calls since we have no unpaid bills...none.  have received these types of calls from other phone numbers.  Do not answer or call back.

This is Bay Area Credit, a collection agency based in India.
they buy very old debts for pennies on the dollar.
They ignore Federal and State Fair Debt Collection Practices, do not give them a penny, they can't help you one bit - they are crooks!
