Received the letter today from Kelly. Not the neatest of hand writing, I must agree. Used to sell health insurance in NC, and was licensed to sell life insurance, but I got out of the business over a year ago.

The number listed belongs to the Palto medical center in Fremont California, however if you call 1 800 243-7667 you get Draper Utah- cute!! Question?
How can two location have the same 800 number?
