Telemarketer that won't take NO for an answer and won't stop calling. I don't know if this is reliable information but his name "Mike" will not stop calling even though I am on the govt. no call list.

I just received a DISTURBING phone call from this number saying " This message is for (They actually said my name), notifying that your order of a blue di**o (WTF? I never ordered that nor need one) has been process and it's on its way,and again thank you for shopping with us."
I called back and apparently its a UPS tracking number
