Received a call from this number on my cell at 7am, on a number I have not given out to anyone. Did not answer, did not get a voicemail. About 15 minutes later, my S.O. with a similar number to mine was also rung up, same thing. Then I received yet another call from the number on my phone again just a minute after that. Nothing.
