I discovered I was being charged this. Never heard of it, but the guy on the phone told me that I DID NOT uncheck a box that was offering their services. It's been four months. They originally told me that I could only get a refund back for one month.... BUT, as soon as I threatend to contact my bank about stolen identity, credit fraud, as well as also contacting the BBB and Attory Generals office for my state.. they quickly gave me the full refund back.
The guys name was 'Daniel'.. even though, his Indian accent was thicker than the rug his ancestors made for me. Complete scam. Protect yourself.

Call them and ask them. That's how I found out. My charges derived from ordering the NuWave Oven.

I saw charges on my bank account from Easy Saver and American Leisure. Evidently, they were where we had ordered the Nu-Wave Oven. My husband repeatedly told him that we do NOT want anything else but the oven. Well, you see what happened. We were charged anyway. I call and cancelled BOTH memberships without any hassle. We'll see on next months stmt.whether they did or not. Beware when ordering anything over the phone, or if you order online, READ EVERYTHING!!!!! The phone numbers listed on my bank stmt. are 800-262-6199 & 877-564-8538. She credited BOTH. They are related somehow.

Well, I have copy for all pages when I order an item through the internet, yes they offer $25 dollars gift as incentive for the purchase nowhere say is link to a membership or you are going to have monthly charges... Easy Savers and Major Savings are rip-off companies.... I called them and request refund for all charges and cancelled the supouse membership...
Next, I called my credit card company and place a consumer claim for both companies, report the card as fraud/loss and get a new number to prevent further charges and put a stop charges for those particular companies and also request the adjustment as unauthorized charges, just in case the company did not reverse the charges... Why all of this? beacause this is a rip off, I do not trust those comapnies and I do not believe they will stop charging you unless you cancel and get a new/fresh card number.....

I heard an ad on the radio for $1,000 worth of free groceries. So I called and it had membership in this Easy Saver club that you could cancel at any time. So I did what I always do and joined and cancelled. I just got a charge on my bank statement again. I called to cancel, called again to make sure they cancelled me and now this shows up again. I don't know what to do now.

How do we find out what survey we took/order we made that it is connected with? How do we stop the charges?
| LAMET 2009-06-05 16:50:04 Unknown |
Its a worthless membership program that no one will voluntarily sign up for directly - so they use surveys and $$ off you current order on website retailers.
Its not illegal to do as they do provide FULL DISCLOSURE that you are agreeing to sign up for it when you click on I agree to the terms and conditions for taking the survey or $$ off offers.
What they do is take advantage of the fact that YOU ALL CHOSE NOT TO READ what it was you were agreeing to.
The TODAY show did a piece about this back in August 08, based on consumer complaints. They went to all the websites that were reported and determined that all had full disclosure and THAT NO ONE BOTHERED TO READ.
SO YES YOU AGREED TO THE MONTHLY CHARGES

I agree. My debit card was charged a total of $45 and I have no idea what Easy Saver is either. It does not make any sense to take money out of someones bank account like that. I wish and hope that something will be done about it.

This is just a rip off. I never heard of this. How is it that my credit card was charged.
| Chelsea 2008-11-14 19:33:10 Unknown |
My credit card was changed by Easy Saver with this phone number for $16.00. I have never heard of this company, their website is bunk, and I've been on hold for 10 minutes (estimated wait time 3 minutes). I don't know what to do...
