Called my home for my neighbor. Would not identify company calling

Said had emergency personal business to talk to neighbor about. Very nice lady name Marguerite Swank. Couldn't comprehend when I told her that my neighbor did not have a legal right to use my phone number and please do not call here again.

She did remember to tell me that she was so happy that I would give my neighbor a message to call her after I informed her that my neighbor would not call her back - that this was not the 1st time my neighbor had illegally used my phone number as his personal number. That I had given him messages so many times in the past and he had NEVER returned 1 phone call to the callers.

This is a collector call.  They leave reason for calling, which is a violation of collection laws.
