They keep calling and as soon as I pick up it disconnects. I do have an instalation appt.

I should also note, they never leave a message on my phone, either.

I cancelled TW cable on Saturday, and they are now calling me multiple times a day - sometimes once every hour, to try to get me back. The last time I downgraded a service, this happened, too. It really is harassment - today alone they've called five times:

Yesterday, they called three times. If I cancelled your godawful service, why would I take you back, especially after you harass me all day long? Great customer relations, folks.

FYI, I'm also on the do-not-call list, but because I'm a "customer," they supposedly can do this legally.

I keep getting calls from people looking for the same person and I'm wondering if it's a prank or something because this is not funny AT ALL. IF THIS IS SOME SORT OF JOKE, I'LL TAKE ACTION.
If the previous owner forgot to disconnect the number from everything, then he's just a complete moron.

I am real tired of hearing people ask for this guy and I will change my number or file a complaint. This 800 number (that I will not give away) called me TWICE today. NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. I WAS BUSY BOTH TIMES.

I am now down to either changing my number, putting my number on the Do Not Call list (Just did that), or write every single number down, record the times they call and the number of times they call and file a lawsuit or a complaint. This is just downright ridiculous.

Glad to see others are having this problem with them calling. They've been calling my cell every hour, and Im at work! Not like I can sit and chat with them.  Never a message. I cancelled my TWC account a week ago and went with Verizon FIOS because it was cheaper than Time Warner.  Im sure they want to know if Id be willing to come back and be willing to give me "a great deal". With this type of customer service, that would be a big NO.

YESTERDAY I GOT 5 CALL'S FROM THIS NUMBER AND THEY DIDN'T LEAVE NO MESSAGE AT ALL THE LAST 2 CALL'S I TURN MY FAX ON IN THERE EAR SEE HOW THEY LIKE THAT NOW

It kept calling me several times. But when I answered it, it just hang up. I don't want to receive any calls from them!!!!

We just dropped Time Warner in our area as their prices are outrageous.  Now they are calling a LOT everyday. How do they get away with this?  PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my GOD! You people must be in debt up to your eyebrows if you consistently ignore phone calls like that.

I had a missed call when I woke up with no message left. I answered the call a few hours later and was off the phone within 2 minutes. They called because I cancelled a service order for digital phone. I got unlimited cell minutes instead and no longer wanted to install digital phone. They understood completely, and told me to have a nice day.

I received two calls and no message from the following number today 1-800-281-6774.  I do not wish to get calls from this number.

I cancelled service and have receveid eight phone calls in last twenty four hours from them. When I answer nobody is there.

Called them back, was an outbound sales team calling regarding upgrading. Told them I was all set at this time, very polite when they answered.  Head in the sand, I liked that.

Remove me from this calling list. PLEASE!!!!  Ugh.

Installation...Bull@#$% to you TW employee...These are annoying telemarketing calls and fall under the do-not-call law.  I am notifying and filing a complaint against TW with the FCC.  "Go Sabres"

I do not want to receive calls to my cell phone

I called TW Monday to cancel my phone service (got a cell phone, the cordless still has old info stored in it.)  They told me I'd still have a dial tone till the following Monday but that I wouldn't be charged.  Everyone else uses my new number, but TW has called the canceled number 2 - 3 times a day since Monday and not left a single message.  Doesn't the sales department communicate with customer service?  Apparently not!

Not sure what the call was about as there was no message.  I would prefer not to receive any more of these calls to my cell phone.

I want this number to quit calling here.  I am not interested in what ever they have to offer.  Stop the harrassement
