Called 3 times within 15 minutes.  No message left on the first two.  I answered the third call and the caller hung up without saying anything.  The "Do Not Call" list sure is working well, isn't it?

Says his name is David Miller and has some time sensitive information with my social security number, doesn't say what company or anything though.  Who is he??

I am currently in settlement in regards to an account that is under them.  So, they are not supposed to contact me, but go through the firm that is representing me. IDIOTS...  they call today and leave a rude, obnoxious message.  Needless to say, they have now violated my rights.  A complaint has already been filed.  Total and utter MORONS!

I did a callback.  The number belongs to "Credit Control".  They were looking for the previous owner of my house.  They haven't lived here for 15 years.  The person who I spoke to said my number would be removed from the list.

Keep getting these calls from which I understand belongs to Credit Control. They leave no message. Calls range from 3 to 8 times a day, most days. I have even sent a Cease and Desist letter and they still call. I am at a lost as to what to do next. How do I file a complaint against them for not honoring the Cease and Desist letter, which by the way WAS sent Certified Mail.

the company name is Credit Control. it is a collection agency. they keep calling different times of the day and eveing. I called the number.  they representative says he will removed my # but I am still receiving calls

What is this number?  Is it a scam?
