Call from 1-800-289-6730 telling me to call 1-800-988-3556 for an important message from Regions Bank. I am not a member so I searched rather than called.

This is a very rude woman claiming to be from Regions Bank with information about my account. She asks for the information instead of giving it for verification. When I called Regions (the correct number from their business card) I was told this is a scam and reported the telephone number to their security department. DO NOT provide the caller from this number any information. It is not a debt collection, it is not about being overdrawn, it is a scam.

They call my daughter's trac phone EVERY DAY and it is VERY ANNOYING! They say she has a problem with her account. .. she's 11!!!!

I get about 8-10 calls from this number a day! I have NEVER had a account through Regions!!

They overdrew my account, while I have a "opt out" for over draw...And now call me 10x
a day to tell me I am overdrawn, and they want money and fees.....This is because we had a 3day bank holiday. In which they decided to let my debit card overdraw.....Its supposed to tell me there is insufficient funds....That is how its set up. They don't want to fix it, but they do want to call me all day. Hmmmm, I think this is their newest scam to make extra money?
They call hang up and don't leave a voicemail. thanks good customer service after 15 years (NOT)

They call me everyday with an option to press "2" if they called by accident and want the number to be removed. But they still call me everyday.

i called regions and gave them the number. Apparently my account is fine but the computer is dialing me 3x a day. So a phone call to them explaining and they can fix this for you and remove your number.

It now seems to be a spam number. Message left on my voice mail -- "urgent message from Regions Bank, call 800-289-6730." If you call that number, you get a very short recording which tells you to call 877-TALK, an adult chat...
